A 7km di distanza dal Passo delle Radici/ San Pellegrino in Alpe e Castiglione di Garfagnana ( uno dei Borghi più belli d’Italia). Gioviano is a small quiet medieval village 25 kms from the walled city of Lucca in the Garfagnana. The house is peacful and in the heart of this beautiful Tuscan village, if you want to explore the region this is a perfect retreat for a weekend or longer. We are 50 minutes from Pisa airport on the SS12 route. The location is perfect for summer or winter. In summer you can reach the sea, in winter ski in the hills. All year round you can explore the region by foot, bicycle, motorcycle or car.

La nostra splendida e accogliente casina è situata nell'incantevole paesino di Tereglio nella splendida valle del Serchio in provincia di Lucca a 6km dalla riserva naturale dell'orrido di Botri e a 10 km dal Parco avventure Canyon Park. La casa si trova nel centro del paese, il parcheggio si trova distante circa 60 m. Presenza di strutture ricettive. La casa è un ottimo punto di appoggio per visitare anche i paesi vicini come Barga e Coreglia, tutti e due tra i borghi più belli d'Italia.

Throughout the summer, Barga comes alive with many typical food fairs, music festivals and art exhibitions. The house is set within olive groves, fruit trees, and forests, with stunning views all around. The garden is perfect for dining 'al fresco' and enjoy the view and sound of the bells of its majestic cathedral. Barga is only 40 mins from Lucca, 50 from Pisa and 90 from Florence. Please note there is a 1€ tourist tax per person for the first 3 nights to be paid cash upon arrival.

The house is located in the small medieval village of Perpoli, on top of a sunny and panoramic hill. The place enjoys a wonderful view of the Serchio Valley, the Apuan Alps, and the Apennines. There is a 4000 mq garden with a swimming pool. A perfect place to relax but also to do numerous activities such as trekking, canyoning and MTB.
