The house stands in the historic village of Portaria Pelion and it is about 500 m. from the central square. It's altitude is 630m., and has a spectacular view to Pagasitikos and the town of Volos. Ο χώρος μας είναι ένα παραδοσιακό πετρόχτιστο σπίτι ενιαίο με 2 διαφορετκές εισόδους με 2 σπίτια, στο ισόγειο υπάρχει μια μικρή κουζίνα και το μπάνιο, με ξύλινη σκάλα θα ανεβείτε στον επάνω όροφο όπου βρίσκονται 2 μονα κρεββάτια(τα οποία μπορούν να ενωθούν εφόσον ζητηθεί)τζάκι, ένα μικρό καθιστικό καθώς και έναν ημίδιπλο καναπέ που γίνεται κρεββάτι.
