Great value. The shower and toilet area separated only by a curtain will be unsatisfactory for some but it was in the description so there were no surprises. Would book again.

Perfect location with all the amenities you need. Probably the best Airbnb we have stayed at. Would go back next time we are in town.

Annie and Chris are amazing hosts! Annie went out of her way to make us all feel at home and even to show us around the area. She is friendly, kind, and caring and on top of all of that, loads of fun! The place was amazing as well, clean, peaceful, and just a short walk from an amazing beach and great restaurants. This is the ideal AIR BNB!

Perfect base for our family of four whilst we visited Christchurch for a few days. Just as described and easy to find and get in. Good communication from the hosts. Appreciated being able to charge or EV car.

Thanks for the stay, great communication and setting up a wee extra bed, there was fights over who got it!! Everything was thought of in the house! Lovely breakfast and chocolates in our rooms! Thanks so much for having us for the night.

Had a great stay at Marilyn’s place. It had everything I needed, comfortable, clean and warm. Marilyn has been very helpful in assisting me with my questions to make my stay meaningful. Would highly recommend.

Fabulous place to stay - back unit, so nice and quiet. Perfect for the toddler we had with us. Bevan was super helpful when we couldn't locate the TV remote. He found it for us the next day, under the couch! Clear entry instructions and very clear instructions on house rules. Our son and his partner really enjoyed time in the spa outside one night. The kitchen was well appointed and although you are a little out of the city, it is only an easy 5 minute drive.

Had a great time staying here, wonderful spot to be based when in sumner. Very comfortable and good facilities. No full kitchen but enough utilities to make a small snack in the morning. Thanks !

By far the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in NZ. The house just felt like home. The kids love the game room and playground at the backyard also one big playground just a few minutes walk. The host is very responsive, friendly. The complementary drinks was really nice. A little bit out of town but worth 20 mins drive. Would recommend and definitely come back again.
