What a beautiful home in a unique location. Our three generations gathered from three countries for a lovely 5 days together in Christchurch. The views from all levels of this home are over the top. With high end cookware, two dishwashers and (my personal favorite and usual airbnb pet peeve) sharp knives, we grilled and gathered for “dinners in” every night instead of going out. Great access to governors bay pier and coffee/pizza just a short walk away. Loved this place so much and would return in a heartbeat.

Beth and Gary were very accommodating and to be supplied start goods for breakfast was unbelievable. We appreciated it. I would definitely stay here again and will be recommending to friends

This place is great if you are looking to be near downtown but not right in the middle of everything. I stayed for several weeks, and they came to clean once a week, which was very nice. The only thing I would improve is having outdoor furniture. There are 2 outside areas but nowhere to sit and enjoy the sunshine. Otherwise everything was wonderful.

Beautiful, spacious home with peaceful surroundings. Clean and spotless. Highly recommended for family groups. We enjoyed using the pool which was well maintained. Wifi not great but we managed. Thank you allowing us to stay.

Great apartment in the CBD. We were walkable to everything and had plenty of parks and restaurants to choose from. Our toddler thoroughly enjoyed the pool. Would definitely stay here again.

This house is very beautiful,it's just like those exquisite country cottages in many British dramas. It looks as beautiful as an oil painting in sunny days. The wallpaper, furniture, and displays are extremely gorgeous,and the house is cleaned very thoroughly. There is also a really large garden with a vast expanse of green lawn, ancient trees, and a beautiful swimming pool. The children had a great time playing around. The landlord is very enthusiastic.She showed us around the garden and helped us call taxi. This is the first time I've booked a house on Airbnb, and it's a truly unforgettable experience.

So happy with our stay. Lauri is such a lovely host. We were just traveling through for work and needed a place to stay close to the airport. Arrived after 1am and although so late, she was there with a smile to meet and greet us. Apartment is spotless and has everything you’d need and more. Thank you for hosting us Lauri <3

Very cozy yet spacious apartment. Nice and clean. Warm as well. Utilities worked very well. Overall it was very nice. Little trouble with fob key at first but that was more me than the key or you. Also and highly doubt you have anything to do with it but the pool does need a real good clean. Went for a swim which was fine but there were a few leaves, dead plant life and a few dead bugs as well. Apart from that it was a great place and if available, would definitely like to book again next time when going to Christchurch.

This stunning home was beyond incredible! Each level offered plenty of space and privacy, making it perfect for three families. The convenience of having a bathroom on every floor was a huge plus. We especially loved relaxing on the deck in the afternoon sun — the view was a real highlight. The kitchen was well equipped, and the house manual was super clear and helpful. A truly superb stay!
