Everyone enjoyed staying here! Came up for a football game! Met the neighbor. Super nice people! Loved seeing the deer in the area! Couldn’t believe we saw 2 large bucks walking around during the day! Wish we had our boat! Beautiful looking across the lake and seeing the fall foliage!

We had the best time at the cabin Attitude Adjustment. It was everything I had hoped for and more! The view was stunning, the cabin was relaxing and had everything we needed, Linda thought of everything to make sure your stay was comfortable and cozy. We will definitely go back and our dogs loved it too.

We were blessed to enjoy Betsey's home with part of our family over the Easter weekend for some much needed R&R. The home is exactly as described and the views are incredible! The peaceful cove is perfect for enjoying the sun, relaxing with a good book, kayaking, fishing, etc. The home is large enough for the older kids (we had teens with us) to spread out and have some space of their own and mom & dad to enjoy space as well! The kitchen was perfect for cooking family meals and everyone enjoyed hanging out at the bar while meals were being prepared catching up and talking. We did have an incident with the AC not working properly (We didn't need it until the afternoon so we had no idea until late afternoon it wasn't functioning well) and Betsey had someone there the following morning, even on a holiday weekend to take care of this. Betsey was kind, responsive, and excellent to work with! We will definitely be back and I can't wait to enjoy this peace of paradise again!

We had a great weekend at Deborah’s cabin. We were in the area for a wedding at Belle Garden Estates and some bridal events at Smith Mountain Lake. It was absolutely the most perfect location between them all. We were able to drive everywhere within 15 minutes and relax in between the events at the cabin. We enjoyed the hot tub and checked out the fun family game room. Loved the giant master bath shower and the layout of the cabin. Deborah was super quick to respond whenever we had a question or need. Highly recommend this place for your weekend away or any stay in the area.

Beautiful area and have stayed there numerous times. It’s my home away from home when I have work trips in that area. Thank you Beck for being a great host and the best local guide.

The house & surroundings were beautiful . It was well stocked, clean, and the washer/dryer were appreciated. It was close to our son’s graduation from Roanoke College & shopping. The Pool table was enjoyed by our guys. Open concept made visiting with our family enjoyable for the weekend celebration. Muchly Appreciated!

Fred’s place was worth the ratings I gave. We were in the area looking to buy retirement him and only stayed one night, but would definitely stay at this property again. Very nice home for any length of stay at the lake. Thank you! Dave and Traci

This was our second time staying in this home. We love the space, privacy and especially, the outdoor deck area. Will come again!

What an incredibly wonderful stay. Host reached out each day just to see if we needed anything. Dropped off snacks. Gave us local recommendations to eat which we utilized and loved. The place backs up to a forest like privacy backyard. Very clean. And beds super comfortable. Wonderful stay for my daughter and I on a college visit and to play some golf! Can’t wait to come back.

We had a very nice stay at the Sunflower Suite. Patricia and Gene's place is super comfortable, quiet, and spotless. We felt right at home. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was hot and had great water pressure. We enjoyed the gas fireplace in the morning. We would happily stay here again.

The mill was a perfect place for us. We love history and the setting was beautiful. For such an old structure we found it to be warm,cozy, beautiful and very comfortable. The floor to ceiling windows were wonderful. We enjoyed taking our E bikes out even at 43*! Very scenic and little to no traffic on the road. Such a gem! Many thanks to the hosts for creating a lovely getaway and sharing it with the rest of us!

Check in was easy. It was larger than we expected. Plenty of room for 2-5 people. If one person slept on the couch. We’d definitely book again. Thank you for sharing you place with us!

I'm an old man, experienced enough to never use the word "perfection." All of my experiences with Airbnb have been between "good" and "really nice," My wife's and my experience with Philip and his wife was as close to "perfection" as I expect things to get. We will be returning to visit them again. Doesn't hurt that they live in one of the most beautiful parts of the country.

If you’re looking for a quiet place with a pieceful surrounding you can’t go wrong with Dannie’s place. Hope to return in the future with my family.

The place was perfect. We were there for a couple nights, just passing through. It was close to town and easy to get to everything including the Star Trail hike. Communication was great, the host was very friendly and always responded quickly.

A beautiful location matched with a stunning condo. The back deck that has a gate so the dogs can hang out and explore, walkable and quiet. Not a lot close by so bring some food along. Great ambience with the fireplace and kitchen. I would definitely stay here again.

The hosts were very responsive through the whole process. Originally we had booked another property closer to Blacksburg for a baseball tournament, but that house had a flood and we had to find something else 2 days before we were supposed to leave. Lauren took great care of us on short notice. The property itself is in a beautiful spot with a great view from the back of the house. There is very little nearby but if you are ok being in a remote location and getting some peace and quiet, I would highly recommend.

This is bar none the best Airbnb/VRBO we have ever stayed in…. and that includes our own!! My daughter even said “we need to step up our Airbnb game” after our stay. The place was truly spotless. The decor was beautiful. The furniture and beds were super comfy. There were special touches such as snacks and bottled water, a fully stocked coffee bar, games and bathroom amenities. We came to visit our son for Easter weekend and we were the first guests. I was nervous about booking, however, after reaching out to Tanya. I was put completely at ease. We will book this Airbnb whenever it is available on our trips to Blacksburg. Unfortunately, I have a feeling that after football season it is going to be hard to come by as word will get out as to what a gem Tanya has created.

Exactly as expected. This was our third stay with Christine. Wish we had found her when our son was a freshman at VT. Christine is an excellent host. We felt right at home. So close to everything but so quiet and private. Highly recommend!!!

We went for a football game and the room was just what we needed! Very comfortable and the space is walkable to many places. Christine was great at communication and we’d love to stay there again for another hokie event!
