Harriet's hideaway is a shepherds hut with a wood-fired hot tub, located perfectly between Exmoor and Dartmoor. With sweeping views, the hideaway is accessed off our private lane and set in its own private plot with parking and a garden. A perfect retreat for couples or for a couple friends to 'escape the rat race' and take a break. Light a fire and get lazy, chill out in the wood-fired outdoor hot tub, star-gaze at the incredible night skies, or just relax and take in the peaceful surroundings.

Situated within its own mature grounds, it makes full use of natural light with sunsets particularly memorable. Decorated using muted earth colours, the cabin has all modern coveniences including central heating, shower room and kitchen area with fridge and full-size gas cooker. Chapel Corner forms half of a converted Wesleyan Chapel built in 1864. It is centred in the beautiful, ancient village of Winkleigh which is the heart of Devon, equidistant from both coasts and moors and allows guests to explore this fantastic area. The Chapel is foremost a home; comfortable and quirky. There is a spacious kitchen with with a stunning staircase, a large sitting and dining room with cosy woodburner, two beautiful bedrooms, a modern shower room and bathroom. Parking for 1 car.

Harry's Hut is a 10 minute walk from the South West Coastal Path on the rugged North Devon coast, close to the Cornish border. It's a cosy, airy space - complete with wood-burning stove, pizza oven and fully-equipped kitchen - with great views over National Trust land. The Hut is perfect for those wanting to escape the big smoke, to chill in front of the fire, bird watch, walk, swim at secluded beaches or travel country lanes to enjoy this wilder patch of the English countryside and coastline.

Come and enjoy a rural retreat in our newly converted barn with unrivalled views over Exmoor and a cosy chic interior. Situated privately within a working farm, relax on the spacious patio, secluded garden or in the luxury hot tub. Each bedroom has a spacious ensuite with stand alone bath and walk-in shower. Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

You might just sleep better than you have in years.

Kennel Farm lies within the Exmoor National Park on the banks of the River Barle, 1 mile from the beautiful town of Dulverton. The farmhouse has been sympathetically renovated, keeping the original features whilst offering modern comforts. Guests are invited to enjoy picnics, wild swimming and campfires on the river bank, and walk through the surrounding Arboretum and 17 acres of parkland. A place to totally switch off, surrounded by wildlife, outdoor activities and birdsong.

The Barn, West Ford Farm

The Barn is part of an historic farmstead. It was built from cob and stone in the 18th century and sits in a peaceful valley, a lovely place to get away from it all and enjoy the glorious Devon country side. It is on the edge of Dartmoor and next to the Two Moors Way. The pretty village of Drewsteignton is a couple of miles away with it's pub The Drewe Arms. The National Trust's Castle Drogo is half a mile beyond that. The Drogo Estate has beautiful walks along the River Teign

Idyllically located, near The Two Moors Way and Dartmoor. Ideal for an overnight stop between London and Cornwall. Large accommodation space, peaceful setting surrounded by lovely gardens. Great size bedroom with king size bed and en-suite bath/shower room. Large open plan living and kitchen area. Infants of less than two years old welcome, sharing their parents’ bedroom space. Dog friendly. NB. Not suitable for anyone with limited mobility due to two steps into bedroom.
