Location is great but comes with a price if you are bothered by late night trains bring earbuds. It did not bother us and the host was very hospitable and friendly. Good sized accomodation for the area. Would happily stay again!

Unsere Woche in Keikos Haus war viel zu kurz. Die Unterkunft ist so schön wie auf den Fotos zu sehen und wie beschrieben. Alles ist sehr liebevoll und traditionell eingerichtet, man fühlt sich sofort wohl und „japanisch“ ☺️. Die Küche, das Bad sowie die separate Toilette, sind geräumig, mit allem ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Unterkunft ist an einer Einkaufs- und Restaurantmeile gelegen aber sehr ruhig und nur 5 Minuten von der Bahn entfernt. Keiko selbst ist so liebenswürdig, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Uns wurde die Ehre einer privaten Teezeremonie zuteil. Keiko stellt eine große Auswahl an Kimonos und Zubehör bereit, sie hilft auch dabei diese korrekt anzuziehen. Wir werden unsere Zeit in dieser Unterkunft in warmer Erinnerung behalten und können sie zu 100% empfehlen. Liebe Keiko, vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit. Familie Iwanowski aus Berlin, Germany

The host is friendly, responsive when asking something about the room, the location is close to the station, close to convenience stores, the room is clean, the bathroom is not too small, the minus is if the room filled for 4 people it will feel cramped. This room is recommended for 2-3 people only. If I go to Tokyo, I will definitely book this room again.

First of all, the hosts were great, very friendly and gave me some nice restaurant recommendations. They responded quickly and were just very accommodating. The WiFi was fast, which is great if you work from home!! It’s near all the clubs in Shibuya so it was always very lively (which is the reason why I chose this place). I’d recommend to anyone that wants to be close to everything and wants to experience the Tokyo nightlife! Probably not a family friendly area though.

The flat is absolutely lovely and perfect for one or two people. Akari is super responsive and very helpful, a pleasure to deal with. Definitely recommend this listing!

J’ai séjourné environ 2 semaines dans ce logement et j’en garde une excellente impression. Tout était parfaitement conforme à l’annonce, avec une propreté impeccable. Le lit est confortable, l’air climatisé fonctionne bien, la cuisine, bien que simple, est tout à fait adéquate pour un court séjour et si vous cuisinez peu (pas de four et une seule plaque de cuisson). La machine à laver (seulement laveuse, pas sécheuse) est facile à utiliser et la salle de bain est très bien, et ce, avec de l’eau chaude en tout temps. Le grand atout de cet appartement, c’est sans conteste sa localisation. À seulement 5 minutes de marche de la station Funabori, il est très facile de se rendre partout dans Tokyo. De plus, on trouve à proximité plusieurs konbinis (7-Eleven, FamilyMart, Lawson) ainsi qu’un grand supermarché (Aeon) Le quartier est calme et agréable, on a l'impression de vivre comme les locaux. En résumé, c’est un excellent pied-à-terre pour explorer Tokyo. Je reviendrais sans hésiter. 10/10!

Le logement proposé par Mie est très bien. la literie est incroyable, j'ai mieux dormi que chez moi 😂 Immeuble se situant dans une petite ruelle donc parfait pour ceux qui n'aiment pas le bruit. Le gros plus, un Seven Eleven a 1min a pied. Et une petite rue commerçante a 5min a pied (Togoshi shopping street) avec pas mal de restaurant très sympa. A 5 min a pied de la gare de Togoshi. Tout était parfait.

It is a beautiful compact house in a lovely neighbourhood. The house is well designed and has lovely details, including a pretty roof terrace, where you can enjoy the view of the city with a drink. Metro is nearby. Don’t miss the Institute of Nature Study nearby, it is open to the public. Kan is a great host!

숙소 근처가 공원이라 벚꽃이 만개한 4월에 꽃구경을 실컷할 수 있어서 너무 좋았고 근처에 돈키호테, 파르코 등 쇼핑도 먹을 곳도 많고 디즈니랜드 셔틀도 있어서 그냥 위치가 너무 좋아서 도쿄를 너무 잘 즐기고 갑니다♡ 그리고 Kotaro님이 주변 카페 추천과 벚꽃 명소도 추천해주고 문의 사항까지 빠르게 답변을 해주어서 더욱 편하게 여행을 보내다가 갑니다. 다음에도 도쿄 여행을 온 다면 코타로님 숙소를 다시 선택할거에요! 즐거운 도쿄 여행 되었어요 감사합니다!

This is our second time staying at Toku-San’s home. Wonderful location, roomy and it had everything we needed for a short five-day visit. Hoping to return again next year!

We had an amazing stay! The host was incredibly friendly, always ready to help with a smile. The check-in process was a breeze, and we appreciated the clear instructions on how to use the household appliances and explore nearby attractions. We can't wait to return to Tokyo! The Asakusa Line, Stop 04, Entrance/Exit A1 was a game-changer for us, making our subway adventures super convenient and fun!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Nobu-san und Tatsuya-san Wohnung und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung war super eingerichtet und zu Fuss ist Shibuya gemütlich innerhalb 15-20 Min. erreichbar. Die Kommunikation war ebenso fabelhaft. Great place to stay. Yuki was very responsive

We absolutely loved our stay! The place was so clean and comfortable, the kitchen has every necessity. the roof deck was a wonderful place to spend time, we enjoyed breakfast there every morning. Our host is fantastic, checking in every step of the way to be sure we arrived and entered successfully, then kids is suggestions of places to to from dining to exploring the area. he was truly so helpful and kind. the stairs may be a lot for some people but it just took some adjusting and is worth it for the space and the roof deck. we really felt we had a home away from home and hope to return when we are able. truly a gem of a place in a great area teeming with so many things to do just a walk away.

The neighborhood is very friendly and welcoming. It’s conveniently located close to the train station and offers all necessary amenities. The place is clean and well-maintained, making it a great choice for a comfortable stay.

Don’t be put off by the rules- be respectful and this is a great stay. Nice and quiet and close to many food places and stations. The host is very helpful and responsive and even offered to make a restaurant reservation for us. We loved our stay!

Great location in Kameido, short walk from the train. Plenty of food options in the area, 15 minute train ride to Akihabara.

Fantastic location. Very walkable neighborhood with great shops and restaurants and easy to get anywhere in Tokyo being close to the Oyamadai train station. Very comfortable space with all of the amenities that you might need.
