The hosts were great. Very considerate and allowed for early check in. The family was very comfortable there for 3 weeks with WiFi that was strong, working kitchen and hot water in the bathrooms. It was easy to access everything near by, by walking and felt very safe as well.

The place was open and cool, with fresh air, especially for a place that's near the center of the city. The house was clean and beautiful, with all the necessities. Our host was super nice 😊. I also feel safe here with the camera system at the alleyway outside. This homestay is suitable for a female group or family. Thank you Ms. Huyền for always be available to help us. I’m so grateful for my stay at Runa's place in Hanoi! The hospitality was warm and welcoming, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. The room was cozy and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed except the entrance of the home which need renovation.Runa was an amazing host, always available to answer questions and offer recommendations. I loved experiencing the local culture and trying all the delicious food options nearby. Highly recommend Runa's place to anyone looking for a home away from home in Hanoi!
