Úgy fújni le a port a régiről, hogy az ne a műanyag csillogás múló divatja felé szálljon, de túlságosan a múltba se ragadjon, giccsesen nosztalgiázva.

Around it is a big shared garden with a fruit-orchard and a small creek.
