Alberto's house is a lovely haven in a safe, suburban-feeling neighborhood close to the beach. The backyard was definitely a highlight—we loved using the pool during the day and having dinner on the patio at night. Alberto is super friendly and often popped out to make sure we had everything we needed, offer us coolers and lounge chairs for the beach, show us how to use the grill, etc. The apartment was basic and very clean. The house is walking distance from Cerro Gordo beach and national park, where the walking/biking trails are stunning. Two things to note: The wifi was a little slow/unreliable (we had trouble with Zoom calls), and the hosts live on the first floor so their windows and doors open right onto the patio. We didn't mind but it's something to note if you're looking for complete privacy. Thank you, Alberto, for a great stay—it was a treat to meet you!

This place was very comfortable and spacious . We enjoyed the time we spent here with our family . The supermarket and other stores were nearby and with easy access. The house is beautiful and had all the amenities we needed . Will definitely stay here again in the near future. The host was very responsive to any messages sent to her and kept us updated on any situation that might of occurred. Love this place and would refer to anyone you will not be disappointed.

My boyfriend and I had such a relaxing and beautiful time at Casa Orquídea. It was everything we needed. The interior is perfect for a couple or just two people. The views were spectacular! Orlando was super attentive and responsive the whole time. We didn’t have any issues at all. I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants a beautiful getaway in the mountains. It is also not too far from San Juan or anything you may need. If you are thinking about booking here, do not hesitate!

It's a fabulous spot! We had a wonderful time. We enjoyed the beach along with the chairs, sand toys and wagon that was provided. He really does provide everything that is needed to enjoy your stay. We took a short drive to the springs in Vega Baja and it was amazing. We really enjoyed our time in this location. Oh linens and bedding were super comfortable. Arturo is kind, helpful and responsive. Thanks again!

We had an amazing 2-week stay at this cozy home in Vega Baja! The house was perfect for our group of 4 friends—spacious enough to give everyone privacy, but with great common areas to hang out together. The location was ideal—just minutes from the beach and a short drive to local restaurants, bars, and bakeries. The neighborhood was peaceful, with the relaxing sounds of nature, including birds and the iconic Puerto Rican coqui frogs at night. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing stay near the coast!

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The space was perfect for a family vacation with the kids. We were lucky enough to have the shared pool amenities area to ourselves for the majority of our stay. I grew up going to Vega Baja as a child every summer, so it was such a blessing to stay in this beautiful home and repeat the memories with my kids. Would absolutely stay here a hundred times.
