Estancia agradable, la casa cumplía con todo lo que decía, genial para hacer barbacoas y disfrutar de la piscina y con todo tipo de equipamiento para cocinar y dormir.

Nous avons reçu un accueil extraordinaire par Georges et Lisa !! C’est tellement agréable d’être aussi bien reçu. Nos hôtes n’ont pas manqué d’attentions envers nous et nos enfants (nous avions même de quoi prendre un petit dej à notre arrivée!). Le logement est juste parfait ! La maison est pleine de charme et parfaitement bien placée dans le cœur historique d’Alcudia. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour une famille notamment. Bref, ça nous a donné envie de revenir ! Je conseille vraiment ce logement pour visiter le Nord et l’Est de l’île. Merci pour tout Georges et Lisa !

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt von 11 Nächten in diesem schönen Haus – perfekt für unsere Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern! Das Haus und das großzügige Grundstück sind genau so, wie auf den Bildern gezeigt – ruhig, grün und mit einem tollen Pool, der uns täglich große Freude bereitet hat. Die Lage ist super: ruhig, aber dennoch gut angebunden. Mit Auto ist man schnell in den schönen Städten Pollenca und Alcudia sowie am Meer und in den Bergen. Die Ausstattung ist eher schlicht, aber absolut ausreichend – es war wirklich alles da, was man braucht. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die tolle Kommunikation mit Gabor: jederzeit erreichbar, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein kleiner Defekt wurde umgehend behoben – besser geht’s nicht! Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. 5 Sterne!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in diesem wunderbaren Haus. Es ist sehr großzügig und es hat einen sehr gemütlichen Stil, so dass man sich direkt zuhause fühlt. Es ist an alles gedacht, die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet. Die Kirsche aus der Torte ist die wunderbare Dachterrasse, von der man einen traumhaften Ausblick hat. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war toll, schnell und immer effektiv. Wir können die Unterkunft empfehlen und freuen uns jetzt schon auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt!

Girls few days away . 6 of us had a fabulous time . Spacious house . Easy bus ride into centre for shopping and lovely bars and restaurants near by . Worked well all round

Marga was an excellent host. Her communications with us were very good. She left us some welcoming food- empanadas, fruit and some wine. The house is lovely with nice terraces and a small pool. Parking nearby was safe and convenient. Petra is ideally situated in the centre of the island so it is easy to visit anywhere. We would definitely recommend Marga and would certainly visit again

Talo oli tosi tilava. Piha oli kaunis ja hyväkuntoinen. Uima-allas oli luksusta ja teki lomaviikostamme erittäin mukavan, kun sai joka päivä virkistäytyä altaalla. Ruuanlaitto monelle henkilölle sujui hyvin, vaikka astiat ja keittiövälineet voisivat olla vähän parempia. Vettä kannattaa ostaa paljon kaupasta.

My family and I have just returned from a weeks stay in Valentina’s house and everything exceeded our expectations! Valentina is a super host and was very helpful in every way. The property is in a great location in a very quiet Road just minutes from all the beautiful restaurants of Pollença. I have to mention the quality of the beds as they were the best beds I’ve ever slept in!! We were blessed with incredible weather which made our stay absolutely perfect. This was our tenth time staying in Pollenca and this property is up there with the best. Thank you Valentina, we will be back if you will have us xx

Die Wohnung ist problemlos mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen (ca 1.5h vom Flughafen Palma). Von der Bushaltestelle Port de Soller sind es dann 10-15 Minuten bis zum Apartment. Ohne Auto sollte man fit sein den kleinen Berg hochzulaufen. Der Aufstieg lohnt sich, denn der Blick vom Apartment ist gigantisch und man ist in sicherer Entfernung von dem Trubel am Hafen. Die Terrasse ist definitiv das Highlight. Zum Zentrum Port de Soller läuft man ca 15 min. Insgesamt klare Empfehlung sowie nette, zuvorkommende Gastgeberin!

Muy bien todo. Tuvimos un problema con la lavadora, Miguel estuvo pendiente en todo momento hasta que el problema se resolvió. La casa muy bonita, vista preciosa. Muy recomendable

Appartement très confortable à deux pas de la plage. Nous y avons passé une nuit, c'était une étape agréable. Emanuela est très réactive et arrangeante.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist exakt wie beschrieben, sehr sauber und wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Highlight ist der große Balkon samt Dachterasse mit einem atemberaubenden Blick auf die Berge und das Meer (Meer nur von ganz oben) Das bett ist sehr gemütlich und die Wohnung verfügt über eine top Ausstattung. Der Wasserdruck und Temperatur ist ebenfalls top. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. :) Absolute Empfehlung!

we zijn een paar dagen in Port de Soller geweest. we mochten eerder inchecken vanwege een vroege vlucht. Dat was heel aardig van Annie! het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien en heeft een prachtig uitzicht over de bergen en de baai. bij aankomst troffen we een welkomstverrassing aan, heel attent. de instructies om aan te komen en binnen te komen zijn duidelijk. voor ons waren de bedden wat minder, maar dat is persoonlijke smaak. Al met al een hele fijne tijd gehad en we komen heel graag weer terug

I want to commend Mike on being a wonderful host and providing a welcoming place with a perfect location. Sitting on the expansive balcony looking out at the sea, being able to walk to incredible hiking trails, and a close car ride to experience great sightseeing were highlights. We were there during off-season and many restaurants and stores in the area were closed but it did not distract from our thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Huge, comfortable, and so prettily decorated!! We spent a lot of time on the terraza long conversations over dinner and breakfast. The rooms were cozy and the place was spotless. I am glad that there were beach towels, sun screen, and sun hats provided by the hosts! Also super appreciated how responsive and thoughtful our hosts were. This place was truly five star. If I lived in Palma I would stay there bc the neighborhood is quiet and lots of grocery and fruit stands as well as walking distance to the central market. It was easy to get into the old city by bus and by foot. This place is a definite 5 star place.

정말 예쁘고 좋은 숙소였습니다. 세탁기도 있고 토스트기 오븐, 전자레인지가 있어 편리하게 이용하였고 음식도 만들어 먹었습니다. 다음에도 여행 간다면 또 방문 하고 싶네요.

Wir haben uns zum zweiten Mal für diese schöne Unterkunft aufgrund der super Lage, der tollen Terrasse und der Nähe zum Strand, Restaurants und Geschäften entschieden. Toni hat uns sehr gastfreundlich empfangen, war immer erreichbar und vor allem hat es möglich gemacht, dass wir schon viel früher einchecken konnten. Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder, vorausgesetzt, dass das Apartments frei wird. Wir können jedem die Unterkunft empfehlen!

Guillermo was a perfect host. He took the time to meet us at the property. And showed us around. He welcomed us with refreshments and food too which was so lovely. He really cared for us whilst we were there. His response time to messages was so fast. I cannot fault him or his home in any way. The kitchen had everything we needed..And all the beds and pillows were very comfy. Guillermo was super kind and accommodating in every way possible. We stayed at three different places on our holiday and Guillermo’s was by far our favourite. The property was in such a pretty setting, close to a lovely cove. And perfect for exploring the local area. Our favourite spot was the Llevant National park which had AmaIng walks and scenery. Arta was a pretty town with lots of nice places to eat and a great Market on Tuesday. There were many lovely beaches and we only wish we could have spent another week there.🙏

Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold på fire uker. Veldig barnevennlig og romslig leilighet. Uteområdet og basseng ble mye brukt. Hadde alt vi trengte. Jasmina var hyggelig å kommunisere med, og svarte raskt på meldinger. Vil gjerne tilbake!

We had a lovely stay at Nina’s place. It was the perfect base for us as we went hiking every day. Quiet, easy to find and very close to town. We very much enjoyed the view from the terrace too 😊

A beautifully situated flat with a large balcony with views over the mountains. The flat is quiet and peaceful yet only a stone's throw from all the amenities, restaurants , cafes and shops and the beautiful promenade and sea. We spent many hours relaxing and reading on the veranda, great new electric sun awnings, then stepped out of the front of door of the building into a lively seaside town to swim, have coffees and eat out. It couldn't be better placed. Great master bedroom with mountain views and a homely atmosphere in the flat. We would recommend wholeheartedly!

Eine schöne private Wohnung mit ausreichend Platz. Die Terrasse mit einer phantastischen Aussicht hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Der Hafen mit Strand ist zu Fuss in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Der Kontakt mit Diana war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung gerne weiter.

Nous avons pu compter sur Maxim très réactif.L’appartement correspond parfaitement à la description, aux photos et aux commentaires. Le studio est particulièrement propre, fonctionnel , avec un grand balcon, à proximité de la plage et des commerces.

Xisco ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, immer kurzfristig erreichbar und hilft wo er kann. Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben, und alles war sehr sauber. Sie war sehr gut ausgestattet, mit allem was man braucht (genügend Handtücher, mehrere Rollen Toilettenpapier, Spülmittel, Waschpulver, Bügeleisen, Bügelbrett etc.). Da über die Satellitenanlage kein deutsches Fernsehprogramm zu empfangen war, hat Xisco auf unsere Anfrage hin extra ein Chromecast-Gerät für die Wohnung neu gekauft. Hiermit konnten wir dann deutsches Programm streamen. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig in einem Wohngebiet und ist nur ca. 200 m vom Strand entfernt. Zum Supermarkt sind es fußläufig auch nur 5-10 Minuten. Der Balkon ist größer als es das Foto vermuten lässt liegt aber tagsüber nur um Schatten. Im heißen Sommer dürfte dies aber von Vorteil sein.... Vielen Dank Xisco
