Cozy and comfortable country house, hidden at the sight, in a quiet hamlet in the countryside of the National Park of Cilento, 15-20 minutes drive from the beautiful beaches of the Tyrrhenian sea (blue flag). An oasis of peace, space and light, for enjoyable moments in th garden or in the outdoor pool. This two floor house features 2 double bedrooms. There is a very spacious living area with a sofa and fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped and communicates with the garden and the pool through glass shutters. The bathroom upstairs has a walk-in shower. Outside, a lovely patio with barbecue and view on the rolling hills of Campania. Also, a table and chairs for outside dining, and sunbeds and deckchairs to relax in the sun.

Bovenhuis wit in Campaniacasa: het huis staat net onder het middeleeuws dorp San Giovanni a Piro. Gelegen op 400 m hoogte aan de Golfo di Policastroin het zuidelijk deel van de Cilento. Een villa met 4 appartementen en 2 huizen met zwembad op 2 hectare grond, natuur midden in een nationaal park. Met in de zomer een buitenrestaurant onder de olijfboom waar u kunt genieten van Italiaanse gerechten of pizza. Geschikt voor rustzoekers, gezinnen met kinderen en zelfs groepen tot 40 personen.

La nostra casa di famiglia di origine. L'appartamento è caratterizzato dalle belle cementine originali: è luminoso, fresco, ventilato, ben arredato e accessoriato. Comodo e tranquillo, con ampio e fruibile balcone a di 5 mq, vista e posizione esclusiva ed incantevole. Pratico parcheggio esterno, non custodito ma sicuro (caserme Loc.Pol/Carab), a 100 mt. Il cuore del paese con negozi, markets, bar e ristoranti è raggiungibile a piedi in meno di 5' e le spiagge, in auto, in 15'.

Villa Gabbiano - The old lady of the stairs

Villa Gabbiano was built in the early eighties, between two imposing rocks that stand out from the wooded vegetation of the Marcaneto hill. The villa, with its terraces spread over several levels, overlooks the Gulf of Policastro and the coast of Basilicata. The uninterrupted union between architecture and nature is made possible by the flights of stairs that connect the parts of the villa. All around, a majestic garden surrounds the house and makes your eyes look peaceful.

The apartment is on the ground floor. It was the old house of my grandparents, whom they built with their own hands with the support (solidarity) of the women of the village. They bore on their heads the stones that make up the structure of the wall. The reward? Dances and wine all night. Self-taught organist, my grandfather played and my grandmother welcomed all people. A beautiful energy remains in each stone ... It will be a pleasure to share all this with you.
