She was very polite and understanding of the situation. She communicated very well.

Jackie had everything we needed for our stay including a fresh fruit and coffee. Her place is very clean, safe, well equipped and convenient. Jackie let us in personally and gave us a tour of the building. We had two parking spots right by the door. I would recommend Jackie's place.

I stayed here for several days because of work. Easy Check-in, exceptional value and very clean. Thank you!

Place was great, fit out whole group and just steps from the hill. Hottub couldn’t have been closer. Kitchen had all the amenities to feel at home. Great stay! Would definitely stay here again.

Right on the mountain with access to the rooftop spa, pool and hot tub and private balcony hot tub. Great views and great space!

This is a very nice apartment close to everything in downtown Salt Lake City. The apartment is comfortable and well appointed.

I can recommend staying in Michaela's condo. It was very cosy and felt like home. The location is great for anyone up for skiing in Utah. Michaela was very helpful.

Lovely condo in a great location. Everything is provided for a comfortable stay. Loved the nespresso machine for a great cup of coffee. The amenities in the building are fabulous. Game rooms for kids, pool, hot tub, laundry and ski lockers. Everything you could ask for. This was the best condo we have stayed at while on ski vacation! Thanks for being welcoming and flexible hosts! I definitely recommend and hope to be back for another stay!

Very clean place love the look of the place very modern and clean and Trevor was very responsive when we had questions would stay here again !

It was great for our large group. Only downside is it’s right next to the train tracks. Bring some earplugs when sleeping and it’s perfect.

The place was everything and more than we needed. Well furnished and plenty of towels, linens and kitchen ware. Beautiful scenery and very close to restaurants and stores, etc.

Lisa's condo was perfect! it was squeaky clean, fully sanitized, comfortable, and felt very homey. she was very responsive with whatever questions I had. highly reccomended and will definitely be back!!

Airbnb location was great for me due to the location which was very close to the convention center where my daughter had volleyball tournaments. Everything was great. Shower water faucet needs to be changed because of issues with getting hot water to shower. I did communicate that and a plumber did come out very quickly to check out the issue. I believe it was going to be changed out which is good. Other than that, everything was great!

Beautiful place and location, easy to follow instructions for check in and check out, host reached out to confirm everything and offered help if needed. Had everything we needed for a hassle-free stay.

Jacob was a fantastic host—very responsive and helpful whenever we reached out. The condo was just what we needed for our family of four—great access to all the village amenities, Club Solitude (our kids LOVED it and we went every day), full kitchen, ample blankets and towels, great living and sleeping spaces and of course, easy access to the slopes. Our kids also loved being able to go right outside from the first floor and enjoy the snow. We had an issue during our stay and Jacob was very kind and responsive. All in all, this place made for the perfect spring break vacation for our family! 10/10.

Cozy and close to all of our activities

This was not our first trip to Solitude. The unit was clean, easy to find and exactly as advertised. Communication with Itrip was easy and responsive. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
