Luxe two bedroom, two bathroom townhouse a short 50 meter walk from the stunning Gold Coast beach of Northcliffe. Walking distance from the vibrant shopping and restaurants of both Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach, but away from the noisy hustle and bustle. Private access to the Beach House’s courtyard is straight off the street - there is no lift needed to navigate whilst juggling your suitcases and surfboards. Ask me about bringing your furbaby - prior approval required (must be under 15kg).

Hinterland barn on 18 acres - national park access

This uniquely built barn situated in the Gold Coast hinterland is within walking distance to national parks. Made from recycled wharf timber, the barn is set on an 18 acre farm beset by green lawns. A king bed with ensuite, seperate shower & bath make up the loft bedroom. Downstairs features a second bathroom / laundry, fire place, lounge, study, sofa bed & self inflating bed (linen not included), dining & fully equipped kitchen before walking onto a large deck. A true countryside escape.

The Rustic Greenhouse: fireplace/wood provided

A rustic studio attached to the family home, with its own entrance. Refresh from your journey with a complimentary cheese board. Enjoy the plant filled space where you can enjoy your complimentary breakfast of fresh bread, eggs, cereal, milk, butter, jam, honey & coffee. At night light the fireplace with the wood provided, order take out, a bottle of wine, & relax. The Rustic Greenhouse is found on the main road leading to town; take the picnic basket and rug provided, & explore the Mt.

Beautifully renovated historic Queenslander, situated on top of Mt Tamborine with spectacular views over the Great Dividing Range. This 4 Bedroom house is mountain living at its best. 2 large decks with views that come to life at sunset and a swimming pool with same views. This Studio is a spacious self contained room separate from the main house, guaranteeing perfect privacy. There is a kitchenette and a shower room with wc. Included are unlimited WiFi, TV, air conditioner and ceiling fan. Ashmore City Shopping Centre is only a 5 min walk away, as are different types of take-away food and a laundromat. Easy access to the M1. NB: The studio is suitable for 1 or 2 adults, NOT for children (incl babies) or pets.
