Wonderful place to stay. Central for everything in Hebden Bridge. Hosts were helpful and responded quickly to messages.

David was absolutely fantastic. Told me everything I needed to know. How to get into the apartment etc. the apartment was lovely, very clean and even better than described. Would definitely recommend

The apartment is great value for money, a short walk from the train station and in a quiet location near to shops. I would definitely stay again.

Perfect location, easy to find and nice comfy beds after a long day touring York. So close to The Shambles - couldn’t have been better.

The Ticking Room proved to be an excellent choice for a few days of peace and quiet in an attractive Dales setting. The accommodation is finished to a very high standard. Warm, comfortable and well-equipped with everything a visitor might need. The village of Cononley has a couple of nice pubs and a village stores. The trains into Skipton are frequent and there are plenty of attractive villages in the area. The Ticking Room proved an excellent base for a short break. Jayne is readily available, helpful and eager to ensure her guests are comfortable and well-informed on the local facilities.

Fantastic apartment within easy walking distance to York city. Richard met us on our first day, and we were able to check in sooner too. Excellent off street secure private parking. Apartment was spotless, just and advised and was warm and welcoming. Would most definitely recommend! Thank you Richard!

I had a delightful stay in Rebecca’s beautiful accommodation. The place was intelligently and thoughtfully laid out and designed, it felt safe and secure, with the added bonus of opening the security gate, turn left and there’s the mighty York Minster peering over its surrounds, making navigation easy. Could not recommend it any higher - it’s fabulous

Lovely place in the heart of Pateley Bridge. Charles was responsive and gave some great recommendations. The place itself is well appointed and has everything you could need. Would highly recommend to anyone

This was our second time staying here and once again felt straight at home as soon as we walked in. We chose this place again because we loved it and it definitely didn’t disappoint.

We had a fab 3-night stay and felt very comfortable. It was a well appointed kitchen for cooking and hosting others. Will hopefully stay again.

A fantastic weekend stay. A charming property with original features mixed with modern amenities, everything we needed. A great location for walks or a day out in Uppermill sampling the local bars and eateries. A very friendly and responsive host. We would definitely recommend and return.

Lovely little holiday home . We stayed Sunday - Thursday . Kerry was lovely . Great communication any issues I just messaged Kerry . Lots of hot water very comfy beds . All kitchen things I needed to make meals. Stone flag floor in lounge kitchen so take your slippers! Very peaceful little nook. Thank you 🙏🏻

We had a wonderful stay, the view is amazing, the apartment is well equipped and comfortable with a great shower. Less than a 15 minute walk into Otley with a variety of restaurants and a large range of pubs. Great locations for exploring and Chevin Forest is on your doorstep.

Extremely friendly and helpful host. Welcomed me and showed me the place and how everything worked. They are very generous with the extras they provide also.

Although I wasn’t able to stay in this apartment this time i am fully aware as to how beautiful it is and the prime location that it’s also in. I’m looking forward to staying here at some point very soon. Thank you for being very understanding and the great communication along the way.

Tom's apartment is absolutely gorgeous and had everything we needed for a weekend away. The apartment is gorgeously decorated and well equipped, perfect for our adult family to stay in.

beautiful little peice of heaven here, everything you need for a break away from home, the views are breath taking the peace and quiet you get whilst your staying there make for the most relaxing break, Jeni and Roger are the nicest couple you will meet helpful and full of knowledge of the area, nothing is too much to ask of them. they were they to greet us when we arrived to make sure we had everything we needed, they had set out some seats in the beautiful garden and showed us round. the annex was lovely and clean well set out, the bed was very comfortable with extra pillows and duvets is needed, plenty of towels also. they was also a selection a dvds and books on offer. would most definitely stay here again, if you would have us, thankyou for having us Jan & Beth xx

Es war eine sehr schöne Unterkunft. Man hatte viel Platz. Ein sehr schöne ausgestattetes Apartment/Haus. Es war sauber und es waren viele Utensilien in der Küche zu finden. Die Lage war super, es war sehr ruhig. Wir wollen defininitv wieder kommen! LG Janina und Lia

This spot was the perfect quiet getaway, thanks to an amazing host. The serene garden offered an inviting space to unwind and stretch your legs, even if you chose to stay on the property. Martin’s warm hospitality made us feel instantly welcome! his friendliness and attentiveness truly elevated our stay. A hidden gem for relaxation!

Good location next to the train station. Noise from the train station and pub was not intrusive and the food from the pub was lovely. Beds were comfy and shower was great. Everything was clean and everything we needed was there..the apartment is spacious and cosy warm. Quick dog walk just across the park opposite the pub and lots of longer walks within the area.
