What a great place to stay! Well equipped, beautifully designed and a secret garden out the back for peace and quiet. Well located with Norwood Parade a short walk away and the city within easy reach. John was a great host, with useful tips and interesting conversation. I'll be back.

What a delightful stay in Grange! After a long drive from Melbourne with two toddlers, we were warmly welcomed by Louise and surprised to find essentials bread and milk in the mini fridge! The place was just what our young family needed for our week long stay in Adelaide. Located within 30 minutes of all major attractions like Hahndorf, Henley beach, Glenelg. Louise even had beach toys for the kids. Highly recommend!!

Our stay in Alison and John’s lovely home was nothing short of wonderful. From the moment we arrived, their warmth and kindness made us feel instantly welcomed. Whether sharing local tips, checking in to ensure we had everything we needed, or giving us space to relax, they struck the perfect balance that made their peaceful retreat feel like a sanctuary. Their home is an absolute gem: quiet, clean, immaculate, and filled with cozy touches that made us unwind comfortably . Alison and John truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, and their hospitality left a lasting impression. Thank you Alison and John, we can’t wait to stay again!

Thankyou Susan for allowing us to stay in the Elm tree suite. It was perfect for us. Being close to home while our floors were being re-laid. Susan always responded promptly to my messages. The suite was clean and tidy. Will highly recommend to others.

Lovely place to stay and comfortable for 2 adults and a toddler. Excellent location close to the CBD (walkable but also FREE city shuttle bus a 2min walk from the house). Anthony and his daughter Game were very friendly and communicative. Would definitely recommend!

Jeff & Jen were excellent hosts: very welcoming, very responsive, very friendly and a pleasure to communicate with. The accommodation was quiet with plenty of room to spread out; use of a covered and shady deck was a real bonus. When the washing machine had a leak, Jen offered to take our washing to the laundromat However, the plumber had it fixed within half a day, so it was not at all inconvenient. The kitchen is well-stocked with almost everything you could need and some basic provisions (coffee, tea, milk, butter etc) were there for our use. Having secure, shady undercover parking was also unexpected. It's on a bus route into the city, but it's only a 20 min easy drive anyway. We would definitely stay there again and have no hesitation in recommending it.

Absolutely loved our stay! The property was beautiful - peaceful, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, making it the perfect place to unwind. The hosts were fantastic - super responsive and provided clear, detailed instructions that made everything smooth from check-in to check-out. Melissa’s place in Mclaren Flat is a hidden gem! Cosy & well equipped, it was the perfect pitstop & location to tackle the Fleurieu Peninsula & endless wineries Mclaren Vale has to offer. Perfect for a long weekend or longer stay, we loved it and will be back! Henrique & Jeanette.

Best Airbnb I have stayed at! Awesome garden and surroundings on the property. Inside was just as nice with a cosy little house. Geoff and Tracey were very responsive and had great communication with us during and prior to our stay.

Thank you so much Dianne for hosting myself & kids.We felt immediately welcome. I have stayed at a fair few air bnbs & this is by far the most comfortable & well equipped. We appreciated the basket of goodies, assorted coffees, teas &milks. Also the amazing condiments that Chris makes were great & we purchased a few jars to take home. The bathroom/kitchenette was a great size and well equipped with everything you would need for a short/ long stay. Beds were comfortable& air con refreshing for the warm weather we have been having. We loved the dogs who were super friendly & seeing the horses also made the stay complete. We loved the peaceful surroundings even though my toddler was quite noisy!! There are toys for the younger kids ,books for kids & adults,board games & a range of things to watch on the large tv. Its pet friendly and close to Hahndorf& a short drive to Adelaide city. Di & Chris are the most accommodating hosts! You will not be disappointed staying here! Thank you !!

We absolutely loved our stay at John and Sherri’s. It was perfect for us to be at one end of Hahndorf with our 3-month old, as we were far enough away from the main road for it to be quiet yet close enough that it was only a 10 minute walk to the beginning of the shops. We liked that we got to avoid the chaos of trying to park along the main strip too. The photos don’t do it justice - the bedroom was big enough to set up the portacot as well as have our suitcases! John and Sherri also sent a detailed list of local recommendations, which was helpful for us as interstate visitors. Would highly recommend!

Very comfortable accommodation. Private and perfect for couples wanting a break. Indoor pool was fabulous as was the generous breakfast provided by the host.

Convenient location. Only 5 mins by bus to a major shopping centre. Only 30 mins on the O-Bahn to the City. Lovely, quiet neighbourhood and a pleasant and comfortable stay. Would heartily recommend.

Wow. What a wonderful find. Denise has created a lovely, private apartment that offers everything. It is very comfortable, very well appointed with everything a traveler could require and Denise is incredibly generous with the provisions available to use in the kitchen, bathroom and laundry. It is a great place and I look forward to returning soon.

Angelo was extremely responsive, the BnB was in an excellent location with stunning surroundings and quiet neighbourhood. The studio was extremely well stocked, had everything you could need and felt right at home. Would definitely stay again!

Great location; beautiful streets and close to parks for enjoyable morning walks or run. Meredith and Steve are so helpful and responsive. They even helped me with driving my daughters back to their homestay since I had to leave earlier. Definitely want to come back!

Better than a motel with all the facilities of a self contained unit at a very reasonable price over Easter.

The venue is lovely with beautiful private garden. Amenities are great, and well appointed. . It's quiet and well worth the stay. Would highly recommend to anyone to stay at Heilen Brae. Mark and Penny are friendly, and accommodating hosts Have stayed before and will return.
