My place is close to the city center/CBD, opposite a beautiful park. There are theatres. museums, restaurants, public transport & bars within 5 minutes walk. You’ll love the place because it's a PRIVATE HOUSE in a quiet street, the Paddington of Perth, yet within walking distance of everything. It has its own free off-street parking for 1 car. A renovated traditional colonial cottage in a good neighbourhood with free WiFi. My place is ideal for couples, business travelers & families (with kids).

The house is new and has a large master suite upstairs, sitting room, two single bedrooms, bathroom and separate powder room. Downstairs has a double bedroom next to the bathroom. A separate downstairs sitting room. The kitchen/living/dining area is spacious. Also an outdoor alfresco area.
