The four of us had a great stay at Sarah’s place! It is such a lovely, peaceful and homely place. The location was a quiet neighbourhood not far from the Albany Highway, which has lots of coffee shops, restaurants and a supermarket. The place itself was clean, cosy and had some outdoor space. We really enjoyed our stay at Sarah’s place and Sarah was an excellent host! We would definitely recommend this place, especially if you are a group of 4-6. Thank you for having us! We will be looking for this place again if we return to Perth.

Excellent,cosy and comfortable homestay with good environment around. Very convenient and walking distance to Daglish station(7min)and Mandura Giant(10mins) . Well equipped house with all the kitchen utensils,dish washer,oven, microwave, washing machine,dryer,iron, vacuum cleaner and some books/toys for kids . Our family love the place so much. Superb stay overall.Well recommended for big family stay.

Rob's house was a delight to stay in. It was spacious, clean and comfortable with a wonderfully equipped kitchen. The bedrooms were large, light and airy with lots of room for hanging and storing clothes. The bathrooms were modern and very well appointed. The indoor and outdoor living areas were very comfortable and gave each of the 4 of us separate places to read and relax! Victoria Park was a new area of Perth for me and one I want to return to. It is green and leafy but so close to central Perth with walking and bus options both practical and convenient. Rob was very easy to communicate with, and all instructions and local information were clear and relevant. This was a home away from home and I hope it is available next time we are travelling to Perth. Thank you, Rob for helping us end our WA adventures on a high - and comfortable - note! Barbara

Was exactly what you needed private villa rooms behind restaurants , quiet and yet very central to all the things we had to do , 2 steps to a coffee , countless restaurants

Kylie's place was perfect for our short stay in Perth. It was exactly as described, with everything that we needed. Very comfortable bed and enough pace to unwind after a long day sightseeing. Kitchen and bathroom facilities were clean and well equipped. Although located in the CBD it is only five minutes walk to the park beside the river and a pleasant 10-15 min walk to the Barrack Road Jetty and Elizabeth Quay where a lovely selection of restaurants are available and marvellous views across the water. Ferries go from here across to South Perth, Fremantle and Rottnest Island. The central train station is only a short walk away as well. Kylie was very responsive to any questions before our stay and was very kind enough to be flexible with our arrival and departure times. We would definitely stay again if we visit Perth in the future and highly recommend it.

The apartment was lovely & had everything we needed. In a good location & within walking distance of restaurants/cafes & Optus stadium.

The apartment although on the first floor was quiet with no external noise. Fully fitted with all I needed and in good condition. I have booked to return as I needed to vacate due to prior bookings highly recommended. I use Airbnb a lot for business and this apartment was very good

David’s place was beautiful, spacious, the location is very convenient to go to the city or go for a walk. David was a great host, very helpful, quick response. Will definitely to come back again

Well if nothing else the location was incredible. Walk out the driveway turn left, 350mt later you’re in the city, turn right, 350mt later you’re in Kings Park. And as I said “if nothing else” but there was so much more. This quaint little apartment was stocked with everything you could need and felt like home. Melissa was an amazing host, ensuring everything went to plan and always approachable. I loved the way she provided tips and tricks to ensure outside sound was minimalised but honestly there was no need. The double glazed windows kept the noise out, the ceiling fan kept us feeling a fresh breeze and we both slept like babies in the very comfy bed. We’ll book this apartment anytime we visit from Melbourne. All needs met and expectations exceeded.

Best home I’ve stayed in , in my years of using Airbnb , host is an angel and communication was so well, any questions I’ve had was answered within an instant and no problems with the apartment whatsoever, recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Perth short term or long term as you’ll have the weight of your shoulder lifted from having such an amazing host !

Lyda’s place is located nice and quiet area, right next to Kings park. We can easily access to many spots on foot. Lyda’s team always responded quickly. We would stay her place if we visit Perth again.

Amanda’s house is nearby to Perth CBD and very easy access to the area that I wanted to visit.

Mike and Luka's apartment is right on the doorstep of the Maylands café strip but also has everything you need if you're planning a night in. The large balcony area is a great spot to sit with a coffee or a book and Lyric's Bar is right next door for drinks, a meal or to catch some live music. Public transport options into the city or to Perth airport are too easy with Maylands train station nearby. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Perth.

The place was very clean and just as described. The location was great as well, only a few minutes walk to a nice park and a grocery store. Cher was really responsive and ensured I had no issues during the stay. Would definitely recommend!

Rosemary was very responsive to any queries and attended to things immediately. It was a great location just by the beautiful Cottesloe Beach and I would highly recommend the property.

Superb week-long stay at Studio 3.0!! Super trendy, compact, thoughtfully designed space for ease of living and comfort with a luxurious bathroom, instant hot water and indulgent high-pressure shower. Private location within walking distance to a plethora of local cafes, restaurants and dog-friendly parks. My Labradoodle was happy and at-ease during our stay. I found Kobie May and Simon to be wonderful hosts who were responsive, helpful and incredibly KIND, beyond what was necessary. Highly recommend this cosy condo to others and I hope to return. :)

Great location - across the road from North Cottesloe beach and a short walk to Cottesloe main beach. We stayed there for the Rottnest Channel swim and it was really convenient. Very comfortable apartment and Kaye was super-helpful in accommodating our booking dates and allowing earlier check-in timing.

I feel so lucky to have found this beautiful home – and to have met Tracey. She's absolutely lovely, and her home is just stunning. The kitchen is a *chef’s dream* – fully equipped, beautifully laid out, and stocked with all the essentials (salt, pepper, oil, tea… and yes, a real coffee machine – such a win!). Tracey was an amazing host, kindly allowing me to check in a little early as I had booked the space for a photo shoot. It honestly exceeded all expectations – even more beautiful than the photos. The best part? A **private entrance**, a peaceful backyard with a BBQ, and a super comfortable bed. The entire place is quiet, peaceful, and thoughtfully set up with everything you could need – and more. Location-wise, it doesn’t get much better. Just a 2-minute walk to the main street where you’ll find supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, and the and the local pub. If you’re If into live music, make sure you catch the jazz club on Tuesday nights – highly recommend! Absolutely 5 stars!
