Our two families had a great stay in New Albany! We took full advantage of the fire pit and back patio. The house was clean and large enough to hold all 8 of us. We hope to visit again!

Anna was a kind and responsive host. She was very friendly and took the time to notify us of some local opportunities before we even got there. The place itself was great! Clean and very homey with nice views of the river. I recommend it to anyone looking for some peace and quiet on their journeys.

The place was Beautiful! looked exactly like the pictures. was a great home away from home. we stayed 5 nights and had a great experience. We were busy because we came for Louder than Life but they answered all my questions because we have never done a AirBNB before and were very nice! we will definitely see if they are available if we go over to Kentucky again! thank you for the great experience! 😊

My husband and I appreciated Michael’s willingness to work with us quickly when our original rental didn’t work out! We were equally appreciative of the cute and cozy bungalow we walked into once we arrived. The attention to detail was impeccable. The renovation to this home has been done right. It is up to date, but still has the charm of an older home. Everything we needed was at our disposal. The location is perfect… within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. We will definitely be returning!

The home is beautiful and was spotless. There was alot for my kids to do around the house, and we had a great time. The kitchen is wonderfully stocked with utensils and dishes, we had plenty of towels, and the furniture all through the house was clean and comfortable. This is definitely one of my favorite places to stay now. I highly recommend this home and this host. Not a single complaint, I wish more rentals were like this one. I saw a previous review on this home about the busy road and the noise from it. The road is busy, but the noise was not a problem for us. I was surprised after reading that review because the noise wasn’t really even noticeable to me. Check in and check out was extremely easy. The host only asked that we started a load of dishes and a load of towels. This really made the morning easier than some places that require alot more at checkout. I cant say enough good things about the great time I spent here.

Our stay with two children ages 2 and 4 was perfect. Children's playroom was great and equipment provided for the children definitely met our needs. Super nice touches throughout the home from welcome snacks and information about the establishment of the property to restaurant and coffee shop recommendations made it extremely welcoming and a warm home feel. Perfect location for so many things to see and do. Highly recommend this great property!

Devin was such a great communicator..before..during and after the the stay! check-in was exactly by the book! unfortunately mother was not on our side during our trip so we didn't get to enjoy the pool and hot tub which was the reason we booked..but it was still a really cozy evening to celebrate our anniversary!

We had a WONDERFUL stay, the apartment was gorgeous. The pictures didn’t do it justice. Bruce was very responsive from the beginning of my booking through our complete stay. He went above and beyond with little details to make the stay so personal. We loved the muffins 😊 I highly recommend staying here while in the area. The apartment is just as described, in a beautifully restored old home. Everything was spotless and comfortable, and there were all sort of extra conveniences like extra toiletries and snacks. Parking/check in and check out were super easy with clear directions, and the location worked well for us- right by the river and close to restaurants and shops. We especially appreciated the coupons to local businesses. The hosts responded quickly to my questions and were very pleasant. Recommend when you’re in the adorable and quaint town of Madison!

Libor’s place was easy to find, clean and comfortable. It was perfect for my daughters and I while we were in town for a volleyball tournament. There are great restaurants and local shops in the area, easy to get to everything and we felt very safe while we were there. I would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at Suzie and Ron’s place was nothing short of exceptional. We were celebrating my dad’s birthday, and they went above and beyond to make it incredibly special — from the cake and cookies to the thoughtful decorations, every detail was so meaningful. My dad was overjoyed, and we’ll cherish the memories we made there forever. They also made everything so comfortable and welcoming for my young son. He absolutely loved the toys, the book, and especially the homemade muffins — such a sweet and personal touch. It genuinely felt like staying with family. This has been, without a doubt, the best Airbnb experience we’ve ever had. Suzie’s warmth and care made us feel completely at home, and we’d love to return in the future.
