Fantastic location within walking distance to downtown and super convenient to visit UGA. We would definitely stay here again. Hosts communicated very well, very proactive and responsive. Place looks exactly like the pictures in person.

I loved the location of the Bobbin Mill cottage. Everything was so peaceful and quiet (except for those crazy Cardinal birds - LOL!). The unit was spacious and mostly sparkling clean. The bed was so comfortable. It was good to have the two wall heaters that worked so well, since it got a little chilly on a couple of the nights of my stay. I truly appreciated the responsiveness of the people with MPM Vacation Rentals who worked with me to make it possible to check-in a little early, and then quickly refunded my early check-in fee when it turned out I couldn't get to the property until after the standard check-in time. I enjoyed the two large TVs, even though the internet service through the eero Wi-Fi device was a bit spotty. It went down numerous times during my stay. Some other suggestions I might have for the host is to stock the kitchen with more non-perishable conveniences (like coffee creamers and sweeteners) and to do some repairs on weather stripping on the front door. Beautiful condo in a perfect location! Easy walk to great restaurants, shops and campus. We would definitely stay here again.

I loved Laura’s place. It was peaceful, safe and clean. I have stayed in several airbnbs in Athens that are not. The beds were so comfy. She had everything we needed. Will stay again!

Groovy home was better than expected. The location is a nice quiet very safe neighborhood. It’s a short ride to downtown. Very spacious, it’s basically like renting a whole home. Charles was excellent at communicating everything upfront. We had zero issues and are hoping it’s available anytime we are in Athens.

Nice, clean and comfortable. Even the mattresses were great. Great neighborhood. Small tip though, it'd be nice if there's a few hooks/towel rods in the bathroom to hang towels to dry. And a few kitchen towels wouldn't hurt either.

Great place, very clean and modern, had everything I needed. Would definitely stay there again and would recommend to friends and family.

Great place, awesome location near to downtown Athens! Great on a weekend as the rest of the building is mainly empty so it is very quiet!

My friends and I were looking for a place away from the city where we could unwind but still be near places we could go exploring. Wingate was an incredible host, showed us around the property when we first got there and made sure we had everything we needed, he even left a few treats for us to try! Absolutely loved the decor, it had a bit of history to it which was nice. Definitely would like to come back one day, this time booking the top suite!

This was an amazing location. We we're at an event at UGA, and this location was at best a 5 minute drive there. There is a great shopping center right around the corner. We had our kids with us (12, 10, 8) and all the places we wanted to look okay we're within a 15 minutes drive. Jon was a great host, and was great to work with on the arrangements. I highly recommend this property.

Perfect location for Parents weekend. We were able to walk to all restaurants and venue locations downtown. Even though it's downtown, it was very quiet and unable to hear the otherwise noisy downtown in Athens!

We were in town for shows at the 40 Watt, which was a pleasant walk from this apartment. The host was welcoming, and the space had everything we needed.

Amy was very welcoming. She advised me well on what food/restaurants which were close to me, and were many. The bus stop was quite close by, super since I didn't have a car. She drove me places as her schedule allowed, to great advantage. My room and my private bath were perfect for the stay, and Amy was quite accommodating!!

Great spot! Wish we good have used some of the outdoor amenities but weather did not cooperate with our schedule! Beautiful spot!

This apartment is spacious and includes great amenities. I stayed for ~1 month, and I felt at home. Ravi is a great host. He is quick to respond and attentive to his guests' needs.
