Hang Out in the Backyard Hammock at an Eclectic Abode

While away chilled evenings under the illuminated pergola at this spacious 1930s getaway an easy walk from downtown. Lounge on the deck while dipping your feet in the masterfully constructed stock tank pool. This characterful space blends a rustic wooden bench and gold-hued velvet armchair with vintage-look glass lighting. We love our home! Sleeps 4 comfortably. Brick house from the 1930s, with updated fixtures. Great for football or graduation weekends. There are bars, coffee shops and restaurants in the very near vicinity. A quick walk downtown as well. For a 5th guests, there is a queen-sized blow up mattress under the guest bed. Extra sheets, pillows and blankets are in the closet. We have a large backyard with a 10X20 foot pergola for eating outside. There is also a Big Green Egg for those who liked to grill. Guests have access to the entire house except for a small studio/office where we store our belongings when we are away. Guests will be given access to the house via a code to the front door keypad. Housekeeper makes sure that everything is in order for you arrival. If there are any issues or questions, just give me a text or email. Normaltown is the new hotspot in Athens. There are several good bars, restaurants, and coffee shops all within walking distance. This is a very safe area with lots of people out and about on their bikes, with their kids, and walking their dogs. About 3 blocks from the Athens transit and UGA bus stop. $5 Uber to downtown, five points and most of central Athens. On nice days we walk downtown in about 25 minutes. For dinner I recommend Uber/Lyft instead of driving to downtown, even if you are not planning on having a drink, as parking can be hard to find at night, and you may end up paying more than what you would have for the round trip with Uber or Lyft. Dogs are welcome. The backyard is completely fenced in and we have a doggie-door for medium sized dogs.

Full Cup Cottage Horse Farm 5 miles from UGA

Full Cup Cottage is the best of both worlds - stay on a 64 acre horse farm just 5 miles from downtown Athens and enjoy a touch of country in the city! The cottage is a cozy 2 BR and 1 bath with a full kitchen and 2 porches. Warm wood walls,floors and ceiling give this cottage a rustic feel, with retro appliances and décor reminiscent of days gone by. Shopping, restaurants, and UGA are just a few minutes away. Charming rustic studio for nature lover

This light & airy studio is on our 2 acre lot separate and private from our house. In a safe neighborhood, 15-20 minutes to Athens, it has a cozy private back porch. Please note: a positive host review needed to book. Has queen bed, full bath, internet, TV w/ Roku stick, kitchen nook with a sink, hotplate, microwave and small frig (no full stove or grill). Ceiling fans throughout, and quiet mini-split for heat & A/C . A wood stove is available for $35 fee for wood, etc (notify host before).

Spacious King Suite- Mins from Downtown

The place is brand new, spacious, unique and full of modern style. This is a backyard guesthouse with 1 King size bedroom, kitchenette, 1 bathroom and laundry room. We are 6 minutes from downtown Athens and Stadium. **This place DOES NOT HAVE A STOVE** It does have an electric griddle for making breakfast, an Air Fryer/Rotisserie and a microwave. There is also a full size fridge and farmhouse sink. Pictures don't do it justice. We have doorbell and outside cameras monitoring front & backyard.

Conveniently located, we are a short drive to UGA's campus, Downtown Athens, Normaltown, and other surrounding areas. For those visiting for UGA football games, we are an easy 15 minute drive to Sanford Stadium. Downstairs is the master bedroom, master bath, living area, and kitchen. Athens Retreat: Comfort + Location!

Athens Retreat is located two miles from Sanford Stadium in a quiet and safe neighborhood. This is a fully furnished and well appointed house with all the amenities you need to cheer on the Dawgs, celebrate graduation, or attend a wedding. We continue to make improvements with a new tub/ tile in the hall bath, fresh paint/crown molding in bedrooms AND new appliances. Best of all, we now have hardwood floors throughout. Plus, there is a new 65" TV in the "Dawg Cave" downstairs den.

Pet Friendly, Convenient, Safe

Fully furnished apartment near downtown Athens, that is great for travelling with pets or children. Master bedroom includes a king sized bed, with stylish decor and spacious closet. The spare bedroom is furnished with a twin over full bunk bed, that has a trundle bed for an addition guest. Living room has a very comfy sectional couch and 75" TV. This home away from home will comfortably sleep up to 6 guests. The neighborhood is safe, quiet, and convenient to shopping and downtown.
