We continue to make improvements with a new tub/ tile in the hall bath, fresh paint/crown molding in bedrooms AND new appliances. Best of all, we now have hardwood floors throughout. Plus, there is a new 65" TV in the "Dawg Cave" downstairs den.

Whether you’re coming to town for work or fun, this house has you covered. Nestled at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, but still close to everything Athens has to offer. 3 bedrooms with four beds and 2.5 bathrooms can accommodate plenty of visitors. Fully equipped kitchen leads to a huge deck that allows you to watch the deer while you grill out.
