Walking distance to the Georgia Theatre(.7 miles), the Classic center(.2 miles), Sanford Stadium(.7 miles), UGA and downtown Athens. Perfect for couples, solo adventurers, and future UGA students. Located on the Greenway, near the Firefly Trail and mountain bike trails. Parking for 2 Vehicles.

Art House & Garden Near Downtown

Enjoy a cozy private room within walking distance of downtown Athens and UGA campus, along with two great parks. The inviting guest room has its own private entrance and a bathroom with a mosaic floor. It includes a queen-sized mattress, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, a filtered water line, a utility sink, and other amenities for a pleasant stay. Outside is an ever-changing garden. The room is connected to the historic home and art garden of a friendly local artist. A great stay in Athens!

Welcome to our cozy studio apartment! We offer a private separate-entrance apartment in our newly constructed house, less than a mile walk to downtown Athens and the campus of University of Georgia! Apartment has private entrance, driveway parking, and kitchenette. It is walkable to downtown restaurants, theaters, multiple parks, Normaltown, and UGA's campus. Please note that you will hear noise from our family upstairs, so if looking for peace and quiet, this may not be your best option.

There are a total of 3 large rooms and a spacious bathroom. The outdoor patio area for this space has seating and a daybed for enjoyment in the natural setting. Firepit 2 CAR MAXIMUM each booking.

In SAFE and quiet residential neighborhood ( 4 miles from downtown ) with your own private entrance, fenced in mini patio and yard. About the size of a hotel suite , there is ONE queen bed, ONE folding cot and a sofa , bathroom with shower, a Roku TV, mini fridge, microwave, keurig coffee/ tea maker and your own mini split A/C unit . We allow dogs but you must add to reservations there is a pet fee

Briarcliff Garden Guest Suite

Charming private guest suite in a wooded neighborhood only nine minutes from downtown Athens. Located on the first level of a 1950’s single family house, our family and new baby live upstairs. There is a chance you may be able to hear the baby from upstairs :) If this is not something you’re comfortable with, we may not be your best option for your visit to Athens. However, recent guests haven’t been able to hear our baby, check out our reviews!
