Gwyneth's townhouse is perfectly located to explore downtown Athens and North Campus. The space is comfortable and the easy parking is a big plus. The kitchen is well-stocked, and the screened-in back porch was a lovely place to sit and relax. We had a wonderful stay.

This place is absolutely wonderful. There is plenty of space and it is super comfortable. The kitchen is beautiful and stocked with everything you need. The hosts are super kind and helpful. It’s also close to a lot of cool places. Staying here made the perfect weekend in Athens, so I highly recommend!

Quaint 2BR, 2BA townhouse conveniently located about 10 to 15 mins from UGA and downtown Athens (by car). This location is not within walking distance to anything, but its near the highway, and the area was quiet and safe. The host, Angelo, was responsive to all of my inquiries and requests. He was welcoming, accommodating and hospitable. The photos and descriptions provided within this listing were accurate. My family and I were in town for a few days, so it was suitable for our needs, comfortable and cost effective.

This townhouse is so cute and perfect for a small family or a single female like myself . It had a modern interior and up-to-date, smart televisions in every room. Both bathrooms are pristine and extremely clean and so was the house. Host is extremely polite and communicated well. If I’m ever in Athens , I would love to come back to this location, especially because it’s perfect for easy access to downtown Athens

Stephen's place was ideal for our trip to Athens for a wedding. I'm thankful we booked early, because there was a lot going on in town this weekend. In ten years, we've stayed in more than 40 AirBnb properties, all over the US and Europe. This ranks very high on our list. Though a historic house, the interiors were clean and modern. The furnishings and accessories were tasteful, and we appreciated the full-size appliances. The very clear instructions for checking in and out meant a lot. We've never stayed in a place that had more thoughtful amenities, from period supplies to umbrella to collapsible vomit bags. You've thought of everything! The location close to some of our favorite restaurants (White Tiger! Tlacloc!) was perfect. We very highly recommend this excellent property.

Gwyneth’s place was great, easy to get to and comfortable. We were there for one night and it is close and walkable to the downtown Athens restaurants. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect location for everything. I would put n the notes that the back alley is where the parking is and entrance into the house. That was the only thing that I didn’t find until I drove past it.

The town houses were in a perfect location! Easy walk to Downtown Athens, and very nicely decorated and clean. we would definitely stay again. Gwyneth was a great communicator!

This property was charming, comfy and a very good location if you're on the move in Athens. I felt like it was my home away from home, offering the amenities and comfort I needed. I would highly recommend this property in lieu of a pricey and sterile hotel. Stephen was responsive when I had a random question about the TV. Thank you Stephen and team for hosting your property for the most amazing weekend with my daughter! :)

Laurant is definitely a super host. The home is beautiful looked just like the pictures rooms were very spacious and it felt homey would definitely recommend anyone in the area to have a stay at this place and I would definitely come back.

This was my second stay at Mannie’s place! The room was cozy, and exactly as described. Mannie was an excellent host. He is responsive, friendly, and made sure I had everything I needed. The location was perfect, with easy access to UGA. Highly recommend staying here if you’re in the area!
