I had one of the best weeks of my life in this cabin! Everything was perfect, exceeded my expectations for the week by far. I even extended my stay while there. I left my phone on DND the whole week (a first for me!!) and just truly enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and peaceful quiet. The cabin is secluded enough to feel perfectly removed from the hustle and bustle of life, but still close that you don’t need to go far out for anything. I can’t wait to come back.

Had a hiccup at check in but the host was very accommodating and fixed the issues very fast. Loved how peaceful the cabin was. The little creek was so peaceful.

The host was incredibly kind and responsive, making the check-in process smooth and stress-free. The cabin itself was the perfect escape—quiet, surrounded by nature, and full of charm. Whether I was relaxing on the porch, enjoying the hot tub, or exploring nearby Helen, I felt completely at home. I’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway, and I’d love to come back again!

The perfect spot, super close to everything to do in Helen but it still feels quiet and secluded!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the cabin. Easy to find, gravel road easy to traverse even in rain. Home is bigger than imagined. One of the living rooms is a bit darker than the other but for our getaway purposes it was quite cozy. We saw groups of deer every day too. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

This was by far our favorite stay in an Airbnb to date. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The breathtaking views set the tone for a truly memorable getaway. We loved relaxing in the hot tub, soaking in the beauty of the surroundings. The steam shower added a touch of luxury to our daily routine, and being so close to downtown gave us the best of both worlds—easy access to shops, restaurants, and entertainment, while still enjoying the peace and tranquility of a quiet retreat. Every detail of our stay made it an unforgettable experience.

Greg was a great host and very responsive. He was able to quickly correct any issues that we had during our stay. The location was perfect and the cabin was beautiful exactly as described. We would definitely love to stay in one of Greg’s properties again!

We absolutely love this little cabin! it is the perfect size, private and just so enjoyable. We have made several visits to this cabin and have never been disappointed. Brandy is a very responsive host. Looking forward to visiting again!

This was our 5th year in a row We sometimes do twice a year It’s breathtaking The cabin smells of wood, right in the middle of the woods. Epic scenery. Susan and Brian are amazing people They make you feel right at home. We were just there in April and have already booked my next trip this summer. Can’t wait

Host was very good at providing information to us prior to check in. Place was clean and accommodating. Very convenient for events near Green Pond landing. The covered boat storage is an amazing plus for fisherman!

Mike and Tammy were excellent at communicating with us and making sure we felt comfortable in our cabin! We loved cabin 1 and were in love with the little loft! We will definitely be back.

A great home and location. Super private and great view. Plenty of amenities for the kids to enjoy. A short drive to Helen. Overall, I would recommend this home as it is well outfitted, well decorated and I would consider it mid to high end. Jessica was very attentive to our needs and responsive. A couple items probably need some TLC, but I would definitely recommend staying here.

The dancing bear was so cute and cozy. Kitchen has all appliances,cookware, you'll need. the Bathrooms a very nice and stocked. The water pressure was a challenge with Three females with long hair. The hot tub was perfect on those cold nights. We couldn't get the fireplace to work, but We had a blast relaxing and making s'mores by the fire.The pool table was a bunch of laughs on our night in.We couldn't find the chalk for the pool sticks,but it was fun!! Shopping in town was not far. Took a trip to Helen had the best time cutest little town. Quick trip to Tallulah falls beautiful!! We highly recommend staying at the Dancing Bear on your next getaway!!!! 🐻🩷

We had an amazing time here at this beautiful cabin. The host had clear instructions on how to get access to the rental, and they were extremely friendly. The cabin has a wonderful atmosphere and amazing amenities. We encourage everyone to who wants a peaceful experience on an affordable budget to visit this cabin. On top of all of this the beautiful town of Helen is only a 10-15 min walk. 10 out of 10 !!

This was my second time staying at Bleu Canoe and it was just as enjoyable as the first! We loved being close to lots of hiking and the on-site restaurant is fantastic! While the cabin is rustic, it has just enough amenities to make it comfortable and cozy! Would definitely recommend staying here for an affordable weekend in the mountains!

This place was amazing, everything worked perfectly with clear instructions on how to use and clean up, cleaning up was very simple and the location was only 10 minutes from everything you’d need

Elisabeth was such a wonderful host, extremely communicative and responsive. The property was gorgeous and described perfectly. From the hottub instructions, to the heads up about the narrow staircase, nothing at the property was a surprise or unexpected. Very peaceful and relaxing, April was the perfect time to visit, in our opinion. Nothing crazy going on nearby, not too busy anywhere we went including State Parks, and restaurants. Weather was beautiful and the fresh air was much needed. My husband and I have decided we’d like to make this an annual trip and continue to stay at this property when possible.

The house was beautiful and clean. Enjoyed our weekend away relaxed in the hot tub and the dome was a neat addition to the stay.

The cabin was absolutely great to stay in. It was super peaceful and our dogs loved the outdoors. We arrived later than check-in and host was very accommodating and kind. Hot tub was so great with snow falling outside and nothing but birds chirping. The rainfall shower was also a huge plus. Super comfy bed too! Overall we had a great experience. Only thing I would note is that you should plan to arrive in daylight because we were never given an exact address, just directions and it was quite tricky to find and a little nerve wracking at night.

Cindy's place was just as described - though she undersold the sunsets which are amazing! Super responsive and helpful.
