This place is beautiful and the hosts were nice and easy to communicate with.

The property n host were amazing. It is quiet, secluded & deep in the woods with a million dollar view - exactly what we wanted. We got there late after dark and it was challenging navigating somewhere new for the first time. GPS/WiFi is spotty until you get to the house so make sure u load directions before leaving the city with a cell signal. This can easily be overlooked when searching several properties on the Air B&B - 1) this rental is on the first floor, pass through the Ground-level second floor porch and go down the back steps - and 2) the house has everything you’d ever need except for an oven/stove (if you planned on cooking). Cathy has done a wonderful job decorating - and the homemade loaf of pumpkin bread makes it one of a kind rental. Oh and finally, we bought some bird food at the store and put it on the top of the deck railing - the colorful birds came non-stop and fully entertained my mother-in-law while sitting out on the back deck.

Molly was proactive and helpful with check-in instructions. Check-in was extremely easy and seamless. The hosts were friendly and accommodative with suggestions for dinner spots, and had lots of useful information left for us. Great experience and highly recommend!!

We needed a comfortable place to stay at night between family get togethers and this was perfect. I really appreciated the brand new towels and linens left for us and it was so nice to be able to bring our dog along with us. Microwave, hot plate, mini fridge, coffee pot - everything we needed to be able to relax and make some easy meals between events. Would 100% stay here again.

Tarsha’s place was exactly what we needed! I knew we would not be spending most of our time around Clemson’s campus so really just needed a convenient & comfortable place to land at the end of the evening. It was exactly that.

For anyone visiting the Seneca region, this accommodation is a must-stay! The relaxing atmosphere and stunning aesthetics exceeded my expectations, even surpassing the online photos. Due to the hosts' meticulous attention to detail, I immediately felt at home. The modern design was spot-on, and the entire space felt incredibly fresh and clean (I wish my home looked this way). A truly perfect experience! Plus the lake and the outdoor space is a dream! Seriously... you have to book this place! I will be back!

The Tiger Den was a perfect spot for us to visit my daughter @ Clemson! Easy access and the ability to come and go. The Tiger Den is a fully furnished day-light basement of the owner’s home. We had privacy and the amenities and decorations were exactly as listed. Very clean, fresh and well apportioned. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay here again when in town if the property is available.

Stayed here because we were going to the Savannah Bananas at Clemson. The place was close for a quick drive to the campus. The area was peaceful. We were short on time, but would’ve loved to spend more time just relaxing at the house. Huge backyard would be perfect for kids to just run around. Would definitely go back for a longer weekend to explore the lake and surrounding area. And her homemade muffins were AWESOME!

Beth was such a great host! any issues we had were resolved within minutes. She was very responsive and proactive. We loved our entire stay and definitely recommend it for anyone in town that is looking for a private/local spot. The pictures are exactly as described. We felt right at home. 10/10 recommend this location and Host. You will not be disappointed.

What a special place! Jim and MJ had the place ready with snacks, water, coffee, and a bottle of wine! They went out of their way to make sure we had everything needed and make us feel at home. Beds were comfortable and the space was accommodating for our two families to share easily!

My family loved the place. The pool was incredible. We had a ton of fun over the weekend. Swimming, playing pool, and we made a fire in the fire pit and made s’mores. Communication was excellent and helpful.

Lots of love put into this basement floor! We loved how tucked away it was and were able to use it for some needed rest. Fair warning to those who want to sleep in that they have many little ones that will wake you up at 8:00am every morning!

My 3rd stay here. Nice accommodations. Very nice space, with friendly hosts. Exceptionally clean. Drinks and snacks were provided, which was thoughtful. On a beautiful part of Lake Hartwell. Bring your pole! Close to Hartwell and Lavonia.

What an amazing weekend, all thanks to this charming accommodation. The location is perfect. The view of the lake and mountains are stunning. The beds were comfortable. The games were so much fun! The fire pit provided great memories. Anything we needed, the owner was very responsive and helpful. We will for sure be back! Thank you so much!

Bill was a wonderful host. The location was perfect and his cove has plenty of fish in it!! We used the boat slip and it worked out great. One of the best things about Bill’s place is check out isn’t until 12pm!!!! I hope they never change that!

The Peaceful Retreat was just what we needed-my daughter and I for a spring break getaway. The amenities provided were second to none. Vaughan was very friendly and quick to respond to questions and suggestions. The cleanliness was spot on. The fresh flowers, tasty snacks and personal note all added to the special memories that were made on our peaceful retreat. We look forward to a return visit.

Fork in the Road Too was the perfect size for a quick weekend to Greenville to see our daughter at Furman. clean, comfortable and relaxing.

Perfect place for our family of 6 plus our dog! Games and puzzles. Pool table. Great neighborhood to run/walk. Trout fishing and hiking nearby. A day in downtown Greenville. All this made for a fun and relaxing NewYears trip! Vanessa’s place exceeded all of our expectations! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this to anyone!
