This home is very welcoming and cozy. Located close to SR 32 and I 275. Convenient to shopping, theaters, restaurants. There are 2 small bedrooms upstairs with a feeling of warmth and comfort and a place to rest. Located in town on a quiet street across from the police station. The home has a back deck attached to home & a second deck with a view of the Little Miami East Fork River. Within walking distance to coffee shops, banks, post office, restaurants, & the village community park.

Enjoy our spacious home with lots of character. The one acre property is full of outdoor fun. The home was built in 1850 with some original finishes, and many updates with new appliances and furniture. You will have access to the entire home in Loveland, Ohio. The covered patio offers outdoor furniture for relaxation with your family or a fun pizza night. Loveland Center is located a short 4 1/2 miles away, where you will find many restaurants, parks, bike trails and kayaking.

Relax with the whole family by the pool, near the Koi pond at our vacation home. Located in Batavia, Just 2 miles from Jungle Jims, Eastgate Mall, shopping and dining. Close to the nature center, fishing pond and playground that is just a walk away! The backyard has a full playground as well and we have an adjustable basketball hoop in the driveway.
