Jessica’s place is the perfect stay for families staying in the Cincinnati area. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor space. The place had everything we needed for a long weekend. The area is very walkable with great restaurants and bike paths/walking paths near by. Jessica was very responsive and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again with my family! With extraordinary circumstances (flooding), I didn't know whether we could keep our plans. Karen's great communication not only kept us abreast of the ongoing situation but helped me figure out what to do. The house was very nice, very well stocked, homey, with a great location. Thank you, Karen.

I was in town for a wedding, and this was the perfect place to stay. I had two guests with me during my stay, and the house comfortably accommodated all of us. The amenities were clean and the check-in/check-out was easy and worked well with our schedule. This home is definitely on my wishlist for the next time I'm in the area.

Carlos’ place was great. It was cozy and comfortable and a great location for us, plenty of space for our family to spread out. Carlos put up a darling Christmas tree, which we really appreciated as we were with our kids in Christmas morning.

Our family with four adult children stayed at Ben’s. The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms, clean and stocked. We enjoyed the pool table and the kitchen table for playing cards. It was a very nice visit and would love to stay again.

Great place to stay and close to downtown historic Loveland, OH. Jennifer was great on responding in a timely manner. Would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The place is beautiful and bright with many windows . The kitchen has great appliances including a dishwasher. Having oatmeal on hand was nice. The bed was very comfortable. It was nice to have an outdoor deck area although we didn’t have time to use it. The only downside is you can hear noise from the apartment above. We would stay here again.

We always love staying at Chris’ place and will continue to do so as long as he lets us. Hehe. The place is immaculate, warm and inviting and the location cannot be beat. Chris is an extremely attentive and communicative host. Couldn’t ask for more.

April is a warm and welcoming host and a great communicator. This unit was also very nice. It is comfortable, well equipped, and in a quiet neighborhood. It was perfect for my wife, daughter, and me over a weekend swim meet in Mason, about 20 minutes away. I highly recommend April's place if you're visiting the Lebanon/Mason area. It would be great for King's Island.

We don’t stay in Airbnb’s often. The location was much better than local hotels for our needs. Included parking, especially in the city where you pay extra for parking almost 100% of the time, was a real plus! Nightly rate for our six night stay was better than the hotel we typically stay at when visiting Cincinnati. Would consider staying again.

Would definitely stay again! The place was clean, comfortable, peaceful, and in the perfect location for a friends wedding - the view of the city from the back porch didn't hurt either! Shoutout to Schwartz's Point Jazz Club down the street where I made some amazing friends. Bonus: the kitchen was stocked with healthy cooking oils! Couldn't ask for a better experience.

Love the place. Exceptionally clean! Great location! Hosts made the extra step to have sparkling cider, nuts and cookies for their guests! I love the kind gesture. For all these great reasons, my rating is a 5! I will be making annual trips to Cincinnati and I will return to stay here!

Loved staying at Sid's place. pretty comfortable and spacious apartment. the bed was super comfy. Sid was kind enough to allow me to check out one hour later.

My girlfriend has stayed with them before. they are very easy and down-to-earth to talk to and communication was amazing.

It was a great last minute decision to stay at an AirBNB vs a hotel and so glad we did. Great location. Owner very responsive. Valet parking was awesome! Great bookstore next door and an awesome coffee shop just a short walk away. Will plan to come back this summer!

Booked this for a girls weekend recently. This place was even better than we had imagined. The pictures don’t even do it justice and the location doesn’t get much better in this city— right on the Findlay market! Would recommend this place 100x over and now I’m looking for another excuse to stay in one of her BnBs!

This place was the perfect cozy spot with a great view overlooking downtown Cincinnati and the river! Very close to everything you’d need, clean, and well organized. Perfect place to get away and enjoy downtown Cincinnati!

Perfect location for first time visitors of Cincinnati ! Parking was easy and convenient when we arrived but didn’t have to get back in the vehicle till the end of our stay because of how walkable everything is . Being in the middle of the OTR there was so much to experience in just a short walk . After a day of exploring Sid’s place was great to unwind and relax before the next day of checking out the town !

I hit William up late, mid-day for same day accommodation and he was immediately responsive and very welcoming. All points of needed information flowed to me immediately upon booking acceptance and there wasn't so much as a moment's confusion with following his lead. The home is envy-inducing and really sparked our imagination for what we could do with our own getaway home we plan to have in our soon to come retirement. There are more high interest, quality dining opportunities nearby than even a voracious appetite could cover in a month, much less a single weekend away from the kids! Lovely home. Perfappointed. CLEAN. SAFE. Perfect, really.
