Welcome to la Casita de todos! This home will be your home away from home, children-friendly, and spacious for the whole family! Dogs under 20 pounds are allowed with a 75 USD fee per pet. HEATED pool with a charge fee of $ 25 USD per day. BBQ grill has an extra charge of $45 USD (for the whole stay, including 1 propane gas and cleaning). Our platinum grade apartment has three bedrooms, two with queen size beds and one with twin single beds. There are two bathrooms, one onsiute and a family bathroom. There is a laundry with washing machine and tumble drier. There is a good sized living room with a balcony, a dinning area and a fully fitted kitchen with dishes and crockery for eight. The condo is air conditioned with additional ceiling fans with televisions in the living room and bedrooms. Towels and bedding are also provided.

Our 1920's historic home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood just a few blocks from everything. The ColonialTown North district of Orlando (also called Mills/50) is a vibrant, central area with exceptional walkability to grocery stores, a trendy bar scene, LOTS of coffee and boba options, foodie restaurants and casual late night eats. When you're ready, retreat to our porch swing and watch the sunset reflect off the trees. We lived in this space for four years and left it just as we crafted it.

Our cozy cottage is located within minutes of some of the best areas, restaurants, bars, and attractions Orlando has to offer. Enjoy the fireplace, play some board games, soak in bath salts in the claw foot tub, curl up on the porch with a coffee and read one of our provided books— it’s so peaceful you’ll have a hard time leaving for the day!
