"Our Place"

"Our Place" is a cozy trailer house that sits on a working peach orchard. It was remodeled in 2021. We are located near the base of Mount Garfield and are 5 minutes from I-70 access and downtown Palisade. You are a short drive or bike ride from several local wineries, restaurants, the Palisade Brewery, and more. Shuttles to The Palisade Plunge are minutes away. We have a large, covered patio where you can relax, bbq on the gas grill, or enjoy coffee in the morning. Excellent wifi inside and out.

This three-bedroom home has everything you need to enjoy the beautiful outdoor attractions the Grand Junction area has to offer. You’re just a four-minute bike ride from the scenic 25-mile Fruit & Wine Byway, Clifton Nature Park and Colorado River. There are more than a dozen wineries and orchards within a picturesque 10-minute drive or 20-minute bike ride. The garage offers space to safely store bicycles or kayaks. It's the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. Note: We don't rent to locals.

Orchard Suite with kitchen and horse facilities

The base rental area is 1100 square feet most of which has an 10 ft ceiling. It includes a comfortable living room/dining room and separate bedroom. It has a king bed and dresser, a couch seating area with TV, a table and chairs for dining, a full kitchen, and a small bathroom with shower. A laundry facility is available for extended stay guests by request. For travelers transporting horses, there is a one-acre, post-and-rail fenced pasture and stall at an additional fee upon arrival.

This newly constructed "Green" home is a mix of modern and country styles and will surely inspire you to enjoy all of the outdoor activities the Grand Valley has to offer. The Perfect Day Getaway house is located on a quaint farm within 8 minutes of world-class hiking, mountain and road bicycling, and river rafting. It is a great launching point for day trips to Moab and the Grand Mesa as well! It was built to maximize the southern exposure and views of the Colorado National Monument.

Two queen beds, couch, futon, large reclining chair, E-Z Up portable self rise queen bed, two sleep pads, full kitchen, 3/4 bath w/hot shower, ample parking. Recent review: The best place we've ever stayed at, hands down! The location felt like a dead end road, yet close to everything. The yard had beautiful flower beds, not to mention the amazing view of Mt. Garfield! The house itself was very comfortable and had anything you can imagine in the kitchen, making a few at home dinners a breeze. Owners Note: One (1) dog 45 lbs max allowed unless an additional dog is approved in advance, please include # of people and # of dogs when booking.

Barn house stay near Palisade, hot tub and views!

Come enjoy country views just 4.1 miles from downtown Palisade. This adorable mother in law "barn" is located right behind our main living house. We are conveniently located right next to the Palisade fruit and wine byway. You'll enjoy gorgeous views of Mt. Garfield to the north and the Grand Mesa to the east. Enjoy a soak in the hot tub after a long day of adventure. This is country living at its best! We live next door, but this ADU is all yours.

Close to over 7 wineries off of the fruit and wine byway and enjoy the drive into quaint downtown Palisade. Pedestrian bridge to a great bike bath to Corn Lake or the Colorado River with an awesome launch for rafts, kayaks and paddle boards! This is a biker’s dream!

Grand Valley Basecamp

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable private escape only 6 minutes from downtown Grand Junction. This cozy 8'x20' shipping container tiny home is located on three acres that overlooks the the Grand Valley. The container sits between our small orchard and open space that we are returning to native vegetation. Enjoy incredible views of the Valley, the Book Cliffs and the Grand Mesa and abundant bird watching!
