You can catch the trolly to downtown 3 blocks away. Local art adorns our walls, and we have high speed fiber Internet, a smart TV, and a small but fully-stocked kitchen.

This is a luxuriously designed studio which is attached to a main home, but completely private w/ its own entrance. Situated in a calm safe neighborhood near I10 and loop 375. Walking distance from eats, coffee shops etc. Plenty of street parking. There is one KING bed & one small futon sofa. It has a great kitchenette with basic essentials, and a full bathroom and HEPA filter. This space was a large garage but now has been professionally converted. PET FEE $35 PER PET MUST BE PREPAID.
