Houten huisjes in Coast Guard Island

We stayed for 5 nights over spring break. Myself, my wife, my 6 and 9 year old daughters and our mini labradoodle. The house was clean, cozy and fully stocked with everything but food. The walls are covered with fun art and decorations. There are clear instructions all over to help figure things out. My six year old really appreciated that the outdoor shower, to get off all the sand before getting in the hot tub, had hot and cold water. They clearly have a dog because there are little dog toys around and our dog found an extra dog bed under the people bed. Stinson Beach is a smaller town than we expected so there were not many shops and restaurants in town. At first we were disappointed that there was not much to do, but after the second day we really appreciated just relaxing and hanging out with each other and playing at the beach. We loved our stay and would recommend this place to any of our friends and family.

Excellent hosts, amazing little sanctuary in the city. Roomier than expected, plenty size for one, two could work if you are good together in smaller space. A block away are two corner markets that have a lot of groceries and alcohol, good stuff too even some organic! Amazing selection for being so small at both places, plus a nice big laundromat right there as well. Five minutes walk to get to all of those places, plus there’s a deli and a restaurant or two as well. The actual street this listing is on was very quiet and family-oriented, a gorgeous full court basketball court and a church a block away. I was surprised how quiet it was day and night there. The hot tub is surrounded by tall plants in such a cool way that makes you feel even more removed from everything and private. Brand new bed that’s really comfy, great bathroom and kitchen. It’s one to consider even though it may be lacking one or two staples you’re used to because great hosts, great setup, quiet and comfy, private.

Danielle’s place was a proper retreat in nature. Sooo well thought out. The hot tub with the views was the highlight. Loved the lighting in the bath too. We cooked there too. We had everything we needed to cook. Just the best time!!🦋 we would def return!! ✨❤️

Ila's place was very nice. My husband and I were there to spend the Christmas Holidays with family. It was neat, clean, exactly as described and very comfortable. The area was very safe, quiet and close to many amenities. Ila was very responsive each and every time! It made everything very easy. While I can see that the drive way may be difficult for some, Ila's instructions were excellent and easy to follow. We really liked that the space was private. The bed was very comfortable which was very welcome after a cross country late night flight. We found her place to be very clean and she added many extras such as Christmas lights and flowers. The extra touches always make you feel at home. We would be happy to go back to Ila's place. Thank you! Donna and Robert

Lola is an amazing guest and the house is great getaway with beautiful green surroundings. My dog has the best time running around in 1acre of fenced backyard. Thank you for making our stay great every time

We had a wonderful stay at Victoria's cabin. We loved everything about it. Sonoma Raceway was an easy 10-minute drive away, and the view was beautiful. I wish we had more time to spend at this unique cabin, we would definitely stay here again.

Kiran is a wonderful, attentive host. Anything i needed or had a question about, he was there. It was a blessing for my family and i. I would stay there again, for absolute certainty..

My husband and I enjoyed staying in this little home in Martinez. We didn't realize just how far the town went out, and how beautiful of an area it is. For a short term visit, it was a wonderful little place. We enjoyed meeting all the critters on the ranch, too.

Zen retreat in the redwoods - extremely calm and healing ambience The cabin is located next to a small audible stream and surrounded by redwoods, and just a few blocks from the lovely Mill Valley downtown. Amazing contrast of urban and nature, within a few minutes of walking. The Cascade Trail, Muir Woods and all of the Mill Valley stairways are within easy access. The cabin itself is very cozy and calm. The beds are medium firm and comfortable, with soft, good quality bedding. I slept very well as it as so quiet and calm. The separate office is perfect for remote working. The cabin is filled with design and little artful objects that add to the ‘Asia meets Redwoods’ vibe. Note that except for the office, the indoor seating is very low - Asian style - whereas the deck has a western height seating area. Highly recommended - lots of character and personality!

We had a great time at this property. The 150 steps can feel like a lot if you aren’t used to climbing stairs specially if you come and go from the property multiple times a day during the stay. However, we were totally fine with it. It would probably be nice to have a few more lights along the way so that we didn’t have to depend completely on our phones to get to the house after dark. If you’re planning to cook meals while you stay here, you’ll probably be using the dining table as a counter since there isn’t one in the kitchen really. The kitchen does have all the equipment you’ll need; it is just tight. Outside of this it was beautiful; cozy and serene. The cabin was a great choice for a weekend in the green hills. The bedroom, the study and the living room are all great spaces to hang out. Emily also provides a great selection of books that go very well with the vibe of the cabin. I’d absolutely come back here again.

I was extremely pleased with my stay at Noelle's. Everything was in perfect condition and as described. They went above-and-beyond expectations with thoughtful and helpful touches, such as providing a pitcher of filtered water, a small fan by the bed, and a flashlight. Also, they very kindly turned on the heat to ensure that it was warm for me upon arrival. I will definitely look to stay with them again if I am in need of accommodations in the area again in the future.

Lovely stay! Walkable neighborhood, lots of great places to eat nearby. The cabin is cute and had everything I needed. I even forgot my laptop charger, and Amy graciously loaned me one. Would definitely stay again!

Lovely weekend at a beautiful cabin with everything you need. 3 min walk to a breathtaking ocean view. 15 minute walk into town. An amazing, restful weekend in a very special place.
