A balcony to the Mediterranean, in the best area of Cullera beach, with the whole front wall of folding glass, so that the beach is part of your living room. We completely renovated it in 2019 to enjoy it ourselves and share it with you when my wife and I cannot go. So you will find all the comforts of home, such as dishwasher, food processor, etc. There is also a pool belonging to the building and a (slightly challanging) underground garage. The best of my place is the location, just on the seafront. The studio was completely renovated in 2022 and now our guests also have a beautiful eat-in kitchen with dining area and couch at their disposal. A Mediterranean covered terrace with garden and BBQ with Gas completes the whole thing. It is about a 15-minute walk to the nearest beach. A tennis court with sports facilities such as paddle tennis, yoga and Pilates is in the immediate vicinity.
