Our rural location on a cycle route just outside the historic market town of Biggar brings privacy, stunning views, and great walks like Coulter Fell or Tinto. We recommend bringing a car (Biggar is a 15-minute walk away), parking is provided.

A beautiful garden full of beautiful flowers and colourful plants will delight you from March till October. The cottage was a stable in the 17th and 18th centuries and now is a pleasant and charming place to stay. A self-contained one-bedroom lodge, the Cosy is tucked away a few metres from waymarked walks. Available all year round it’s ideal for walkers and lovers of the great outdoors. Bring boots or bikes and head off from your own door. We’re situated close to the A702 making us a convenient stop over if you’re traveling up or down the country.

Ideally located on the Railway walk and cycle route 196 to Glenkinchie Distillery , Carberry, Penicuik and surrounding areas. The Black Triangle Cabin is a peaceful getaway situated on our property just outside of Jedburgh, a historic town in the heart of the Scottish Borders. The Cabin sleeps 2 people in a king size bed, with a separate living/kitchen space boasting views through the woods and across the fields. If you keep an eye out, you may see the deer that pass through regularly, or even hear our resident owl. Ideally located only an hour from Edinburgh, Newcastle and the St Abbs coastline.
