It is situated within a short walking distance of two village pubs at Cockwood harbour, both of which are very popular with excellent food ratings. There is easy access to coastal and estuary walks and cycle routes, including the South West Coastal Path.

This quirky 18th century fisher-mans cottage on the River Exe has all you need to enjoy a relaxing time away. Located on the Exe Estuary Trail, it is perfect for walkers or cyclists. Bird enthusiasts will be delighted at the birds-keep an eye out for the kingfisher in the harbour. Lots to do and see locally. Bus and train services very easy here.
