What a wonderful stay! Everything was perfect! I wish Blue Angels had properties all over the country because they are absolutely the best at management, replying back promptly and making the entire process of check-in & check-out so simple :)

Our three-month stay at this Miami apartment from January to April 2025, was absolutely fantastic! We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Martha, the host of Urban Nest, was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Any questions or requests were addressed promptly and professionally. We highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Miami, especially for a longer period. We would definitely book again!

We enjoyed our stay tremendously! The unit was immaculate and had everything you could need - and more. Building facilities were excellent; the building concierge, the gym and pools were great. Short and easy walk to the beach and all Fort Lauderdale has to offer, especially restaurants and nightlife. Highly recommend! We are already planning our next stay!

This was our second time staying in the apartment while passing through Miami. The apartment is very clean and comfortable. The area is quiet, which a small park, grocery store, and many restaurants nearby. Maria is a wonderful host! She is a great communicator, provides clear instructions, and is incredibly helpful. She provides great recommendations on the local area and is very responsive.

John was very responsive and friendly space was clean and if we had any issues he was on it in a timely manner. Space is as described and very convenient to most places in miami that we wanted to explore. Building was nice tenants were friendly would stay again next time we visit !

Our group absolutely loved this place! so much to do including the pool, outside TV, and other games outside. The deck/patio was beautiful and comfy for hanging out on, and the dining area outside made for a nice dinner. We would love love to go back soon!! Thank you Linda.

It was perfect! It looked exactly like the pictures. The home was spacious. The kitchen was nice and clean. Everything was well put together. I will definitely be staying in the near future.

Simply AMAZING. 2 years in a row renting Papa Steve's. Papa Steve's is a home away from home. Beautifully decorated, beds are super comfy and location is perfect. Easy walk to Atlantic Ave and the beach. Kitchen is well stocked. And the host Chelsea is incredibly responsive. Wonderful host.

Everything was nice! Communication from the hosts were great. 10/10 highly recommended! The kids really enjoyed the pool!

We had a great time at Mabel’s rental! The backyard was a highlight, and has so many great amenities! She was very responsive throughout our stay and was always fast to answer any questions! Our group would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home. Wonderful amenities; really anything you could need was already there, which made travel so easy. The house is clean and open. Beautiful views of the water and pristine pool and hot tub. Could not have been happier with this home. Carlos was very responsive, kind, and helpful.

From the moment we entered the property we were thrilled! The photos on the listing site perfectly matched the reality and the patio/pool space was like being at a resort, but without other people. The home and property are just cozy and beautiful and we loved being able to walk to shops, restaurants, local attractions and the beach (which about 1 mile away). Ben couldn't have been more responsive when we had a question, including ordering a new spa heater installed within a few days when we let him know that we were unable to get the existing one going. We stayed here as a family of 4 with 2 small children and it was a wonderful experience! The unit is as described (and as pictured) in the photos. We wanted a property in an excellent location with a kitchen and a washer/dryer. This place had all of that and more! Only cons were that the unit does show minor signs of wear and the kitchen could be stocked a bit better with the cooking essentials. There are 2 pools - the Hotel pool (which is accessible via a day pass for an additional charge) and the Residences Pool. The Hotel pool is lively with a DJ, views of the ocean, and a bar. The Residences pool is more family friendly with ample seating and a bar with food service. After 4pm in April, the Hotel Pool was all shade - so in that respect, we preferred the Residences Pool. Parking is strictly valet - at $60/night. Luci was a wonderful host! Very very responsive and kind. She was knowledgeable and made us feel very welcome!

My family and I loved Federico’s condo and its location. First off, Federico and team had easy and clear communication throughout our trip. The location is in walking distance to everything that you need. The condo was in pristine condition with great views. We spent a good enough time cooking in the spacious kitchen and enjoying the balcony views throughout the day. The pool and gym were the icing on the cake for a wonderful spring break. Thank you Federico for accommodating us and providing a white glove service throughout our stay.

This rental unit was exactly as described. It was perfect for our family of 4, with each kid having their own bed and bathroom. Just a block from the beach, it is close and convenient to everything. We have stayed in this building before because we love the building itself, and this was absolutely the best unit we have stayed in. The wraparound balcony offers gorgeous views and the interior was pristine. The hosts were communicative and so easy to work with. We would absolutely stay here again.

This is what an air bnb should be. It’s clean, great mattress decent furniture, lots of towels and it was as pictured! Wish it had a better view but we knew this when we rented it. The area is great one block off the beach or one block the other way to the intercostal. The water taxi is a great way to sight see! Thanks again for letting us use your place.

Claudia and Pablo are very responsive and helpful hosts. They provided restaurant recommendations and left wine and granola bars for us as a welcome gift. Unit has beautiful views and is equipped with every possible amenity you could imagine if you’re traveling with a family (high chair, stroller, etc). Highly recommend!

We really liked our stay. The apartment is very well equipped, spacious ( for two certainly) and the views are fantastic. Likewise we used the amenities of the Community: Pool, Gym, parking for the car etc; all very nice extras. We had a very good time !!!
