My friend and I had stayed here over the weekend, it was great for what we were needing. We were going to a music festival over the weekend and we had all essentials and Vicky was very nice. The area is also nice and peaceful it was a great place to have a break at between the festival.

I have to say, hands down, this exceeded my expectations. Normally, I would just book a hotel especially when traveling by myself but I went out on a limb! It certainly helped that the reviews were great! What exceeded my expectation was how COMFORTABLE the bed was!! It clearly was almost a new bed and I did not realize how much this helps with travel. Normally I stay at a hotel, great ambiance, nice staff and then you get to the room to find it’s a “crater” bed and my sleep is usually horrible, but not with this stay! I got some of the best sleep. Ananda was so accommodating, offering food, tea and coffee and he was SO responsive! Even his live plants made me feel at home! The room had a lock and a bathroom en-suite which was great. I highly recommend this option to those who might be tempted to go with the usual hotel but consider the fact that you are saving money AND getting a better night sleep with a more comfortable bed — what could be better?!!! This was our second time staying here to go to the caverns and it's the perfect spot! Had everything we needed.

It was a pleasant stay. Jonathan was extremely proactive and helpful. Recommend to change AC air filter.

The house was exactly as described. Quite spacious for a studio. Separate kitchen was nice to have, and all appliances worked well. I worked remotely, and the wifi speed was great. Cell reception was also great (T-Mobile). The shower has a knob but works like a lever - lift up to turn on, side to side for temp. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Downtown McMinnville has some nice restaurants and a coffee shop. Groceries and gas are very close. Dog park at Pepper Branch is ~8 minute drive. Scott was easy to reach if needed. Great stay and great value.

A quiet location which gives you the ability to talk a walk in the morning or evening if you would like to. A well appointed space that is perfect for a single person or a couple. Very safe neighborhood. Murfreesboro was a great place to visit and we wish we had more time to explore.

We had a wonderful stay! There were restaurants and shops within walking distance around the square. Winchester is a close drive to Monteagle, TN, Toms Ford State Park, and Tullahoma, TN which gives you lots of options to shop and explore. It was a great getaway close and convenient to Chattanooga. Looking forward to booking again!

Rose was super friendly! :) the house is literally just one minute drive from the campus and walkable too. The house was great for the stay of my parents while they were in town visiting. Rose also had an air mattress that I used when I stayed over.

Anthony N Mendy were very kind hosts. They were attentive to my questions and even offered help when I became ill; I took them up on some Tylenol. For those who are considering staying with Anthony N Mendy, keep in mind, this Airbnb rental is a part of their home. I found it comforting to hear "background noise" of the family and pets milling about upstairs for I was traveling alone. I highly recommend their place - the inside and outside is simply beautiful and relaxing - great value for this lovely rental.

Robert was fantastic. He checked on us to make sure we got into the property and had everything we needed. Such a friendly guy! The bed was really comfortable and the unit was clean. The property has camping spots, cabins and the studio we stayed in. I was worried it would be loud staying above the bathhouse for the cabins / campers but it wasn’t. We had such a great time at the Caverns for the concert and then enjoyed a firepit and hanging out with others staying on the property. Easy walk to the concert venue. Definitely will stay again. First class host!

Our stay at the yurt was amazing! The hot tub was very nice, and the view from Paradise Pointe was beautiful. We enjoyed the animals and serene atmosphere surrounding our spot and would absolutely recommend this to anyone traveling to the area!

With an expansive view of Tim’s Ford Lake from a bluff on a private and peaceful peninsula, we had a lovely stay in this well appointed and affordable place. The lake is accessible from stairs down to a peaceful dock from which kayaks can be launched. It also gives easy access to tailwater below the dam where we caught a goodly number of rainbow and brown trout. Being able to watch movies in the evening after grilling out on the enormous projection unit with surround sound was quite a bonus. The view from the master overlooking the lake, and the wind down opportunity in the hot tub with the same gorgeous view were really fantastic features as well. We had a lovely time.

Stayed with Al before and will be staying in the future!!
