Profitez du soleil baignant la pièce à vivre en vous reposant dans le canapé confortable. La cuisine, tout équipée, et faite de matériaux nobles, a tout ce qu'il faut pour que vous puissiez rester à la maison pour cuisiner. La salle de douche, stylée et contemporaine, vous permet de récupérer après un journée passée à la plage ou au travail. L'extérieur est lumineux et spacieux. L'atmosphère cossue régnant dans la chambre est propice au sommeil. Un des meilleurs rapport qualité/prix à Cannes.

Beau T1 en centre ville à deux minutes des plages

Profitez d'un logement élégant et central, classé 3 étoiles, idéalement situé à 2 pas des plages, du centre historique, du casino, de la rue piétonne et de ses nombreux commerces. La gare sncf de Menton est à 1,2 kms. Vous pourrez tout faire à pieds. Ce bel appartement climatisé, refait à neuf, offre tout le confort. Il dispose d'une pièce principale avec coin nuit et coin salon, d'une cuisine équipée donnant sur un petit balcon au calme, d'une salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne.

Studio dans maison particulière.

Nous louons un petit studio avec accès indépendant, dans notre maison. Vous pourrez vous garer sur un parking au dessus de la propriété. Nous avons l'habitude de l’accès mais cela peut étonner voir rebuter lorsque l'on est pas de la région Mentonnaise (pente et escaliers en photos). Vous arriverez dans ce petit coin de paradis un peu reclus accueillit par une magnifique vue mer et notre affectueuse chienne "Joe" qui reste la gardienne des lieux, nous acceptons également votre animal.

In the heart of the Carré d'Or, 2' from Place Massena and 5' walk from the beaches, this very nice apartment is located on the 1st floor with lift, is spacious, bright and renovated ; it will enchant you with its soft and warm atmosphere. The fitted kitchen opens on a contemporary living room with a sofa bed. The bedroom has a very comfortable King Size bed. Very nice shower room. Very large walk-in closet. AC (in the living room), WiFi and TV (bedroom and living room) are available.

Superb duplex old Antibes very central AC, terrace

Located right in the center of old Antibes, this charming duplex has on the ground floor a sitting-room, an open well equipped kitchen, a comfortable bedroom with 160x200 bed and a bathroom with bathtub/shower, sink and toilets and on the first floor the entrance to the terrace and a bedroom with 2 single beds. The terrace is large enough to sit 4 people for aperitif and more. It has all the comfort one wants to enjoy Antibes with AC at both level. It is unique, central and stylish.

Beautiful apartment of 90m2, spacious and quiet in the secured luxurious residence with concierge. Nice terrace with the garden view. Pool. Independent kitchen fully equipped with bay windows overlooking the terrace. 2 grand bedrooms with the large balcony and 2 bathrooms, the entrance with the independent WC. Very good situation, no need of a care. 950 m from the Palais du Festival, 650 m from the train station, 800 m from beaches. Free parking place in the basement garage.

Top-quality apartment in tranquil village setting

Long ago this was a stable where rabbits and goats were kept - now it's a spendid apartment with vaulted ceilings, vintage furniture, stunning views, a cute balcony, a large fully equipped kitchen and a lovely bathroom. It is a tranquil place where all you hear is the river down below, yet it's only a few steps to the village centre and the local bar. The apartment has been renovated and equipped to the highest standards - it's the perfect home away from home.
