It is approx. 1200 sq. feet of comfortable living space, with 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a fully equipped kitchen, and a roomy living space with a sleeper sofa. Originally Established in the 1900s the property echo’s the sounds of cheerful days spent basking in the sunshine while dipping toes into the coolness of the saltwater tidal pool. Enjoy the chickens and free-range eggs. Kayak through the tidal creek during mid to high tide and enjoy crabbing from the property dock.

A short walk or bike ride to downtown Beaufort restaurants and shopping, it is also just steps away from the Spanish Moss Trail and a short drive to Parris Island. The Cottage has space to park your boat trailer and is one mile from the Downtown Marina and boat landing. A scenic drive through our barrier islands will take you to the beautiful beaches and trails at Hunting Island State Park - complimentary guest pass provided.

This charming cottage built in the 1940's was recently updated to offer modern conveniences for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We are a short walk to the downtown historic district and steps from the Spanish Moss biking/hiking trail. Convenient to Paris Island (6 miles) and a 25 minute ride to Hunting Island State Park for a day at the beach!

The Driftwood Cottage

Recently renovated 1944 home with charm and a modern touch. Located near downtown Beaufort and the Spanish Moss trail, it's the perfect spot to relax and/or be active. Parris Island is a quick 10 minute drive which makes this the perfect home for graduation, vacation or work. This is our third short term rental as we love hosting and giving the best experience to our guests. Included is a Hunting Island pass, beach gear and the internet is fast. ALL are welcome in our home! :)
