Tucked away on 54 acres in the Lowcountry, this rustic cabin is the perfect retreat for those seeking solace and relaxation while visiting Summerville or Charleston. This 1000 sq ft cabin includes a full kitchen & bath, 2 bedrooms, a large living room, and gorgeous views of our hobby farm. Fresh eggs are provided for guests. We are just 15 minutes from Historic Downtown Summerville, Middleton Place, Drayton Hall, and Magnolia Plantation. Charleston and local beaches are a short 40 min drive.

We love the laidback neighborhood, charming historic architecture, and the 5-block walk to the breezy waterfront along Bay Street. The cozy cottage is one bedroom, one bath, and a lovely living space on a postage stamp lot. The built-in breakfast nook is our favorite spot. Other features are the chic furnishings, 11’ ceilings, tall casement windows, and little front porch. Off-street private parking for one car and smart tv/wifi. The 400 SF cottage is named after the architect's daughter.

Belle Monte is a lovely light-filled 2 story home on high bluff overlooking Middle Creek off the Whale Branch river in Beaufort, SC. See gorgeous sunrises & watch the dolphins from the upstairs deck or sun porch. Great views of the water from most of the house. New lighted dock on deep water so bring your boat! The Cottage at Burroughs has recently been completely renovated. A short walk or bike ride to downtown Beaufort restaurants and shopping, it is also just steps away from the Spanish Moss Trail and a short drive to Parris Island. The Cottage has space to park your boat trailer and is one mile from the Downtown Marina and boat landing. A scenic drive through our barrier islands will take you to the beautiful beaches and trails at Hunting Island State Park - complimentary guest pass provided.

"The Craftsman Cottage" sits overlooking the Beaufort River, part of the intra-coastal waterway. The cottage is very private. The front bedroom has a king-sized bed, the middle bedroom has two twins, the back bedroom has a queen bed. The 2 bathrooms, remodeled 2023 include walk-in showers, one has a shallow tub. There's ample parking for three cars. The private shaded garden to the side of the cottage includes patio table and chairs. Short walk or bike ride to the restaurants & shops.
