I stayed at Sumudu's place with my mother for nearly 4 weeks. we felt right at home. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The complex was secure and had gym and a pool. Sumudu is such a responsive and helpful host. Event hough the apartment complex was right next to a busy street, the apartment was very quiet. There are lot of supermartkets and restaurants nearby. I would highly recommend Sumudu's place to anyone who is looking for a place near Colombo.

Thilak's apartment is highly recommended. Great place for short or long stays. Breath-taking 360 degree View from the rooftop, sea on one side and the City on the other sides. Conveniently located on a relatively quiet street between two major roads. Great access to all city attractions. Communication was great and seamless. Thilak was responsive and considerate ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish. 24/7 Security was an added bonus.

We had a very good experience at Sonali’s place., the caretaker is very kind and helpful and we felt like home in the 5 nights we stayed., close by there are some restaurants and the area is very quite and peaceful…

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment in Colombo. The host Deen was great and very helpful with suggestions for restaurants etc. Very responsive to messages and also very accomadating allowing us to check out a bit later than the check out time . For the area, you are quite close to a lake. Not too much around in the way of restaurants but about 20 min walk away from the area around Viharamahadevi Park and Cinnamon Gardens, a nice walk through narrow streets. Apartment itself was really nice, comfortable and clean. Comfortable bed and nice bathroom with large shower and a lounge/kitchen area. It's on the top floor of an office block. The security guard who is there 24/7 is really friendly and enjoying chatting to him. We felt safe coming and going.

We had no issues with parking and were always allowed to use the guest parking area, which made coming and going so easy—especially since we often returned late at night or left early in the morning. We had a wonderful stay at Tamara’s place! The house was exceptionally clean, AC rooms, beautifully designed, and fully stocked with all the amenities you could need. The location was excellent and convenient, perfect for exploring Colombo. Tamara was a proactive and incredibly kind host, providing clear instructions and making both check-in and check-out a breeze. I absolutely loved my time here and would recommend this home to anyone visiting Colombo without hesitation!

We stayed at Anuka's place for 6 days while we were visiting Sri Lanka. Everything was exceptional.. Beautifully designed, decorated interiror with well maintained garden made us feel comfortable during our stay. Mostly friendliness of the host/ Nilan. We felt home away from home and will highly recommend Greensvilla to our freinds and families..

Great place to stay if you want to be immersed in local life and beautiful surroundings. Very peaceful. It was close to several eateries. I went into Colombo and there were two bus stops within walking distance. It took a bit over an hour to go to Colombo fort via bus or about a 35/45min tuk tuk ride. I didn't mind it being far away. It's very close to the airport. The accommodation is incredibly spacious and comfortable. I especially enjoyed the balcony where I would eat some of my meals.

Pushpa’s apartments are set inside a lovely gated garden next to their home, the place is very calm and tranquil. A great place to stay for the first or last few days of your trip if you are flying in/out of Colombo Bandaranaike airport. The apartment is really pretty with views of the green garden. Close to some nice restaurants and bars, and of course Negombo beach. Pushpa is friendly and welcoming.

This place is amazing I stayed 11th floor of same place when it was kingsburry Residences’s. So this is my second visit to platinum one suites. I like the place and location, Mohamed ur staff was amazing. Thank you for late checkout. Thanks a lot and will be back soon.

I had an amazing stay at Pushpa’s property the past 3 nights. The place is in a truly beautiful setting, very tranquil and close to the beach. The host was friendly, responsed quickly to any questions aI had plus offered some good local recommendations. The accommodation was beautiful, clean, spacious and good value for money quite frankly. I had a wonderful stay and would love to come back one day to explore Sri Lanka more.

I recently visited with my family for a peaceful getaway, and it truly exceeded all of our expectations. The property, located near beautiful beaches, offered an incredibly serene atmosphere with stunning views all around. My kids had an unforgettable time in the rooftop infinity pool, and we felt completely at ease knowing the space was safe for them to enjoy on their own. The condo itself was immaculate, organized, and designed with the elegance of a five-star hotel. Additionally, its location just 10 minutes from the airport made it easy for us to settle in quickly and maximize our time exploring Colombo. Without a doubt, this was one of the best decisions I've made in a long time, and we will definitely be returning. We had a fantastic time at the appartement. The Caretaker as well as Prajot been super helpful and always been reachable for us. The location of the place is perfect starts with going out for food or shopping as well as the fantastic view. We loved being able to use the spacious and clean pool as Colombo gets really hot during the day. Everything has been absolutely great for us and we would surely stay here again.

Brilliant stay! This was my first time using Airbnb in Sri Lanka, and it truly exceeded all expectations. The apartment was clean, tidy, and exactly as pictured. I felt incredibly secure thanks to the gate security. Having two clean and tidy bathrooms and bedrooms was a major plus. The location was excellent, with easy access to the main road, and the proximity to the airport was very convenient. But what truly made this stay exceptional was the host, JJ. Their communication was outstanding, with prompt and helpful responses to all my queries. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Sri Lanka!

Горячая вода с перебоями, телевидение во время нашего пребывания работало только первый день, но оно и не нужно было, поэтому не обращались к хозяину. Хозяин всегда на связи, идет на встречу, потребовалось продлить проживание- без проблем продлили. Прямо рядом со входом- отличная кофейня с быстрым бесплатным интернетом. Жилье рекомендуем.

Luckmika is a 5 star host! Excellent communication and incredibly accommodating. He was always willing to go out of his way to make our stay perfect and was super helpful in giving us recommendations. We had a lot of questions and he always answered quickly. The place is a little gem! Lovely apartment in a quiet area with 24/7 security and walkable to many amenities. We would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

Shamika’s place was a home away from home. We had everything we needed. It was a spacious apartment, clean and had plenty of storage space. The location was serene and was very convenient. There were beautiful walking paths, places to eat out and places to see in the neighbourhood. We were quite satisfied with the security provided for the flat and the parking area. The gym and the swimming pool were added bonuses. The restaurant available in the block was said to be a good one although we never got a chance to try it out. The host, Shamika and his parents were very friendly and approachable at all times. This is a place that we can recommend to anyone staying in this area of Colombo and we hope to stay there again in our future visits to Sri Lanka if it’s available.
