Única en la zona Escandon, con excelente ubicación y extraordinaria cercanía a la Colonia Condesa, Roma, Napoles, y zona centro de la CDMX. Aquí tendrás un espacio que cuenta con una sala, comedor, cocineta, tv, wifi, baño privado y un mezzanine con cama queen. También contarás con un jardín privado bajo la sombra de un hermoso árbol de jacarandas. Tenemos un amigable perro en el jardín común.

New and spacious two stories loft on an award winning renovated building from the 1940´s. Security 24/7 , personal digital code to access the apartment, wifi, fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV with Netflix/Mubi, and a shared laundry room in the building. The loft has one patio in the first floor and a huge terrace full of plants on the second floor next to the bedroom. It is usually very quite but there could be a little noise during the day if another apartment is doing renovations.
