The home was perfect. My family of 5 enjoyed a wonderful getaway. The home had everything one would need and the location was great! Tyson responded and communicated wonderfully! Would love to stay there again.

I thought the stay was very good. The house was clean The property was clean and well maintained the pool was clean and well maintained not overcrowded even on the hot days and from check-in to check out it was a pleasant experience.

Our stay at Frank's townhouse was great. It was very convenient for the conference we were attending. Everything was comfortable and we felt right at home.

Sedona is a beautiful part of the country. Having this property to stay at was perfect for us. We opted to pay the extra $25 for the hot tub, and at the end of the day with some hiking and lots of activity that extra $25 was well worth it, we enjoyed sitting under the Stars in the hot tub. The property itself was very clean and had everything we needed for our one night stay.

Nice Quiet Neighborhood. Beautiful cabin with mountain view. Fully stocked kitchen & amenities. Nice furniture. Tastefully done. Clear instructions. Great timely communication. Could not come up with a single complaint even if I wanted to.

Ellen & Todd's place was even nicer than pictured. It was very clean and comfortable. The door was a bit difficult at 1st, but if we had read the directions that were very clear and printed right on the door we wouldn't have had any issues. We hiked everyday, and came back to the condo to get something to eat. I'd highly recommend The Hudson if you don't mind driving, otherwise Butterfly Burger and Tortas Fuego were within walking distance and both very good! After dinner we walked to the hot tub, and then back for a good night's sleep. Oh, and I accidently broke the coffee carafe :( and Lauren was very accommodating in replacing it quickly for us. I would definitely return to Ellen & Todd's condo if/when we come back to Sedona.

Nice place. Red rock formations visible from condo. Matt was very responsive. We wanted to move our stay back due to impending weather. Matt responded very quickly and he gave us some options, which unfortunately would not have worked. We ended up staying the night we originally planned. The day was rainy and cold, but we stilled enjoyed shopping in the area. We had a small issue before checkout. I contacted Matt and he was right on it.

This is a nice roomy place very close to downtown Flagstaff where you can walk pretty much anywhere. The extra half bath downstairs is very nice and the three bedrooms are great if you have a big group. Kitchen was nicely supplied and overall was a good place to stay.

We came to run the Mt. Charleston marathon, and the location couldn't be beat. Roomy and comfortable. We loved the pool and hot tub. Easy access was super convenient.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this home. Ronnie’s place is exactly as described. Checking in and out was extremely easy. Thank you for an amazing stay!

This house was a great location and getaway to go to the mountains in Flag Staff. It is close to the downtown area and a good point to enjoy the area. The house is very clean and decorated with detail and care for a great stay away from home.

We had a great stay at Jason’s townhome. Very comfortable with plenty of room for the 5 of us. Clean, well appointed and very close to Old Town Scottsdale for shopping and dining. We would definitely stay with Jason again.

This was perfect and everything we needed for a quick one night stay. The house was clean, easy to find, and comfortable. The cute patio was a nice bonus! We would stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay end of April/beginning of May. 100% recommend! Townhouse felt safe. Neighbors were friendly. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Foot golf was fun! This is a perfect home base for a day trip to the Grand Canyon, shopping, ATV rental, Zoo, hikes, Slide Rock State Park. There are so many great restaurants and shopping nearby. There’s a grocery within minutes. We bought great steaks at Clark’s Grocery butcher counter and grilled them on the deck. The fire table was relaxing at night. We watched a bobcat meander through about 30-40 feet from the deck. We are a family of 6 adults and felt we had plenty of space. AmyJo answered any questions I had within minutes. Sedona is amazing and to have such an amazing place to rest between adventures was such a treasure. Thank you AmyJo for sharing your beautiful townhouse! 🙂

Grant was always very quick to respond with any questions that we’ve had. Very accommodating to our schedule. Overall great host.

My husband, myself and another couple stayed at Amanda’s place during our spring training trip, and we could not have been more pleased. Moreover, Amanda is a wonderful hostess; she responded promptly and left us some delicious goodies. The condo is perfect for 2 couples; the downstairs is spacious, especially the kitchen and dining area. The washer and dryer are also downstairs, a nice perk! Upstairs are 2 spacious bedrooms, en suite. The beds are comfy, and the linens are plentiful and fluffy. The biggest plus is how close the condo was to the ballpark, a leisurely 15-20 minute stroll, and Old Town is just another 10-15 minutes from there. The area is peaceful, and the pool area is spacious; however, we could not take advantage of the facility due to unseasonable weather. Michael and I have been staying at Air BnB’s on all of our travels; Amanda’s condo ranks in the top 5. Thank you Amanda; we will certainly recommend your place to our friends and certainly will return.

Ah-ma-zing! As parents of a now GCU grad, we have been in Phoenix at least 2x/year for the last 4 years. I wish this place had been an option all 4 years! (only been listed for 8 months). So conveniently located to the school. Easy on/off highway 17 and also walkable to bagels in the morning (& other places depending on your definition of walkable). 3 bedrooms each with their own bathroom was perfect, especially when traveling with friends and not just family. The roof top deck was fabulous for morning tea/coffee and evening drinks. Beds were comfortable. Really appreciated the shampoo/conditioner/body wash in all showers and hand soap at all sinks. This is 3 stories (4 if going to rooftop) so there are stairs but we were not bothered by them. Marcia is a gracious and responsive host. Very easy communication. Would definitely stay here again.

This AirBnb was very clean and comfortable. Britini and Jacob did a great job with the aesthetic as well making it feel very cozy which matched the Flagstaff vibe. The unit is about a 5-10 minute walk from downtown which made it very convenient. Britini and Jacob were very proactive and clear with their instructions and made this entire process very easy. They were also always quick to respond which was great. Parking was also very easy as there was an assigned space just behind the complex.

Very convenient house with a garage. We enjoyed being able to walk to stores. Sasha is a very responsive host. Very reasonable price.

The unit was exactly as described. We had no issues! Nice kitchen supplies, plenty of towels, good storage. Wonderful area!!! We felt very safe and went to so many restaurants!! Super convenient drive to multiple grocery stores, fashion square, and hiking trails. Location definitely exceeded expectations!!

We loved our stay here! It is in such a great central location! Very close to great food and coffee shops! The space was clean and matched the description well! Check in and check out were simple and there wasn’t an extensive check out list requirement! We travel to flag often and will gladly stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at Chance's property. We stayed a month. While there, the wash machine broke down. Chance had a new one purchased, delivered and set up within a day or 2.

The stay at Lucy’s was a tranquil staycation in a good neighborhood. It was reasonably close in proximity to the downtown shopping center as well.
