Unique, rustic but stylish, large family home for up to 14. Dine outdoors-upstairs or downstairs, out on the deck overlooking the Sante Fe river, or just inside. Upstairs are three private bedrooms and one Queen bed out in the living room area, great space for kids to sleep there. Downstairs, are two Q beds in a private space with its own shower/bath, mini frig, washer and dryer. Two firepits: one gas under deck on concrete and one in yard. We are located in Three Rivers Estates and 7 minutes from Ichetucknee Park South Entrance and near Ginny, Poe, and Rum Island springs. We have tubes for floating, and 2 kayaks. Enjoy a great deck, screened porch, and downstairs screened in room for a campy experience. We welcome a pet with an extra $40 cleaning fee.
