Paige is a wonderful host! Much thanks to her. Apartment is situated in a neighborhood we now call Downtown Sobro, just few minutes walk to Broadway. Also very close is the Gulch & just a bit beyond that, Music Row! Building is all inclusive pretty much w/ 24 hr gym, outdoor pool & concierge & lounge. Staff is pretty sweet , kind & helpful. Much of our familys roots are here in this city & Tennessee. Stood here to be able to see family in the area aswell as work & study. Nashville is also truly a lovely city w a great broad diversified range of culture, music , food, history , arts & much more. Love it here. Thank you so much Paige for being awesome host.

Brianna and her property were great during our stay in Nashville. She was accommodating and helpful throughout the entire process, and made our first experience on AirBNB great one. The location was perfect and nearby many spots we wanted to visit. We would recommend staying with Brianna.

The AirBnb Tori has is fantastic ; I 100% recommend you stay with her if you're given the chance. Zues & Zeek are really sweet dogs always happy to see us. Our Elektra loves the fenced in yard Tori has, and Tori went out of her way to help us if we ended up over staying a visit to my in-laws. There was even a way for us to spot clean if any paws got something muddy. All the appliances worked great and we felt right at home. Thanks Tori!

The unit is located in a secure building which is within walking distance of basically everything. The airport is just a short drive away as well. The unit had everything we needed for our stay, and Zach is a very responsive host who has a great place that we would love to stay at again. Thanks!

The Hosts checked in daily to see if there was anything that was needed. It’s in a prime location, everything is in walking distance. Building and apt were very clean and secure. Look forward to staying here again!

We stayed here for our son’s wedding at Ruskin Cave. Everything from booking to check in to check out was super smooth and easy. Travis gave clear instructions for everything, which made the process perfect. The home was beautiful and clean with peaceful, stunning views of the property around us. Even though a wedding weekend can be quite stressful, our stay was amazingly serene- a calm environment of home away from home amidst the chaos.

This was a very nice place that is located in a decent neighborhood. It is located not too far from DT Nashville and other attractions! Very clean and peaceful.

Good place to hang out, enough space and sleeping arrangements for our group. Neighborhood was a little run down, but for our group not an issue. Overall was worth the money and would use this house again.

This was a wonderful spot to call home for a few days while a few friends and I attended a conference in Smyrna. It was central to all of the areas of TN we wanted to visit. It even had that "new home" smell!

Very nice stay. Clean cute apartment that was very well stocked. Plenty of bedding, towels, kitchen utensils. Location was nice and close to everything. Would recommend!

This Airbnb was perfect! Everything was clean and the decor was super cute. The location was perfect for walking to the gulch and a short 10 min Uber ride to broadway. Linda was always quick with responding so if you ever needed anything, you would be able to easily get in touch with her. I did notice that you had to type in the door code to the actual condo twice to get it to unlock so just a heads up if you’re staying here. I would one thousand percent recommend staying here if you’re visiting Nashville!!

hi, this was really great. very clean and quiet respite from the main downtown area. the host let us check in early which was great so we could drop our bags. the bed was so comfy and the bathroom very clean. the area is a quick and cheap Uber from downtown. Ubers were easy to get. we didn't try to walk since it seemed a bit far after running around. great place!

Awesome place, responded to questions, the place looked like the photos and location was peak and the videos helped a bunch. You can really just tell he put time and effort into making your vacation the best possible!

Perfect place!!! We had so much fun, we loved it all. Especially the vanity room, it had the most perfect lighting :) bed and pillows were also extremely comfortable and the outdoors made an awesome view!

This was a perfect location to stay in Nashville. We were just a few blocks from Broadway & the Country Music Hall of Fame. We did have a few issues with check in but nothing too serious. It was mainly us not knowing how to use the Latch App & there were issues with the Elevator that was fixed right away. The house was very clean & well maintained. The beds were very comfortable, we slept comfortably each night. I would definitely stay here again. Our host was very nice and responded right away..

This location is walkable to shops and restaurants and in a nice neighborhood, and rideshare to downtown Nashville is really easy. There were ants in the living room, but the co-host came to take care of them right away after we checked in late which was amazing. In the shared bathroom the shower floor was very creaky and seemed unstable, and the shower and bathroom sink were backing up a bit. the other bathroom was fine. There was a lot of traffic noise if you slept in the living room but it was fairly quiet in the bedrooms. The unit is on the 3rd floor and there isn't an elevator which isn't clear in the post. The unit is really nice and spacious and had all the amenities we needed for our group of 6. I would definitely recommend staying here!

The initial quoted price was great but after adding various fees and a parking fee the deal went from great to just ok
