You'll find a spacious suite filled with natural light and coziness. The fully equipped kitchen makes it a breeze to cook your favourite meal to enjoy at the dining table or in front of the tv watching Netflix (don't forget to turn the fireplace on) the bedroom offers a light flare and comfy bed to ensure a restful sleep. Take your morning coffee out to the back patio and relax with the coo's of the Morning Doves. The suite offers tucked away storage for luggage and any winter/summer sport gear.

Our peaceful country escape is ready! Modern 1 bedroom cottage perfectly positioned to enjoy the view over the farm. Huge deck space, both covered and open, with outdoor bbq, Firepit and 1 of the best spots to enjoy the serenity! Less than 5 minutes drive from downtown Courtenay, mountain bike trails to Comox Lake, Mount Washington Alpine Resort is 30 min drive, several golf courses with Crown Isle being 15 min away. Plenty of fresh or saltwater fishing to choose from so don’t forget the rod!

This is a suite on the top floor of our home. There is a living room with adjacent deck, a bedroom with queen size bed and a well equipped kitchenette with micro, toaster oven, electric frying pan, crock pot, blender, electric kettle and Keurig coffee maker, coffee, tea, cereals. You have a full private bathroom off the hallway right next to the suite. We have a separate entrance. The cottage is steps away from a trailhead right into Seal Bay Nature Park, yet only 12 minutes from downtown Comox and downtown Courtenay.
