Designed to create two specific areas, a cozy living room and a stylish room with plenty of natural light, but also blackout curtains for better sleep. The entrance has french doors that open up to a small potted garden.

Its great if you're traveling solo or with a partner. A small patio area is available for you to enjoy. We are 15 mins away from LAX! 7 Mins from the Sofi and major stores like Costco, El Super, Food 4less, Ross & Target. Also, there are nearby restaurants such as Chili's, The Habit & Red Lobster. You will stay in a tranquil suite with a private entrance at the rear of our home. There is a shared wall with a secure door with locks on both sides for complete privacy. The 1-bedroom 1-bath suite features a kitchen with air fryer/toaster oven, electric skillet, 2 hot plates, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Sofa full size converts to sleep two. This sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping. We can provide a twin size aero bed as well.

Casa Villa invites you to stay at our cozy guest farm house. Our farmhouse is fully stocked with a king size bed, futon, iron, Wifi, heater and air conditioning. We also offer a well stocked bathroom with all necessary essentials. You'll also find a kitchen with a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker to start your mornings! Charming detached, private, Guest Cabin available in Boyle Heights/City Terrace/near freeways. It's 7 minutes to the Arts District in DTLA, and adjacent to USC Medical Ctr and Cal State LA. This is an autonomous space on a large hillside property. Wifi and cable! The cabin is already sparkling clean, but in addition I will adhere strictly to the sanitizing and safety guidelines provided by Airbnb and the CDC.
