Beautiful newly built waterfront home with open floor plan. Huge Granite Island with five bar stools. Dining Table with six chairs. Huge Family room with 75” TV. Beautiful large custom made L shaped sofa that will easily seat 10-12 people. AWESOME WATERFRONT VIEWS. Watch the sun rise over the water! Comes with a boat slip and two jet ski ramps for your toys. Five minute car ride to the beach. Lots of great restaurants and bars with live music.

Beautiful Retreat by the Beach, La Casita Flora

Guest apartment has a private entrance and includes one bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, office with sofa bed, and large sunny balcony. You can walk everywhere from here! It is a five minute walk to the beautiful beach and boardwalk. The train station to NYC and JFK is one block away. A grocery store, restaurants, coffee shop, brewery, pharmacy, and other amenities are minutes away. Many guests comment that I keep the space "sparkling clean".
