Our Tiny home sits right on Center Hill Lake at Mine Lick Creek. You can hike, ski, kayak or launch your boat from directly behind the house! Cookeville Boatdock is a short drive away, or a 10 min boat ride will take you to Hurricane Marina…both full service marinas! We are 25 min from I-40 at Baxter exit 280, and Cookeville exit 286. Hike or Kayak up to waterfalls at Burgess Falls, Window Cliff, or any one of the area’s many State Parks! So come out & enjoy a great time with us here on CHL.

$95 a night for the first 2 guests. Additional $20 a night per guest. Because of health issues, we can not except animals. No smoking. The main cabin includes two-bedrooms sleeps 6 one bath, full kitchen, living room, dining room. Handicap accessible with wide doors and large shower. This cabin is everything you need for your next vacation! It is located in a quiet rural country area where you can see the stars at night and green pastures in the day. It is conveniently located 3 minutes from a four lane highway and is less than 15 minutes south of a town that has a population of around 5,000 and 20-30 minutes north of a larger college town of approximately 35,000. The Cabin is nestled by a shallow creek and faces 25 wooded acres that are ideal for hiking and enjoying nature.
