Skansehage er en 32 meter lang husbåd fra 1958 bygget i træ, nu forvandlet fra bilfærge til en flydende bolig. Mulighed for at bade både vinter og sommer. Store fordæk og agterdæk med urban farming, udespisning, og solbadning. Der er 5 meter til loftet inde med åbent leverum med køkken, spise og sofastue. The studio used to be a barber shop so it is ground floor, very close to the city centre (2 km) and very close to a very good bakery, train to airport, bus to Cruise Terminals nearby (Østerport Station) and there are lots of nice restaurants and cafes in the area. Furthermore, there are many green areas around and possibility to cycle along the canals and to the city centre.

On the Lake - the quiet sunny side

This central home is on the sunny and traffic-less side of the lakes. Built in 1890, newly renovated, has high ceilings and a unique light from dawn to dusk. It is spacious (200m2), quiet and in the hip Nørrebro area near quirky shop, bakeries, restaurants, bars and the food market (Torvehallerne).
