Lovely spot, right in the water with plenty of space for everyone!

This cottage was wonderful, with secured yard front and back for our dog. Great spot, walking distance to parks and restaurants and shops. 5 min drive to beach which was beautiful, full of birdlife and pelicans. We loved our stay here, would highly recommend and would return!.

Amazing Stay with a Stunning Ocean View! We had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! The location is absolutely perfect—peaceful, with a breathtaking ocean view that made our mornings and evenings so relaxing. The neighborhood is quiet and serene, making it a great escape from the hustle and bustle. The house itself was spotless, with a fresh and pleasant fragrance throughout. the provided linen was fresh and neatly arranged. The spacious sitting area with a large-screen TV was perfect with large windows overlooking the North Beach. The kitchen exceeded our expectations—it was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need, making meal preparation easy. An added bonus was the pool table, which provided extra fun during our stay! Overall, this Airbnb was beyond our expectations. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and well-equipped home in a beautiful location. We would love to come back again!

We loved our stay here!! Beautiful views down North Beach and a very quiet spot. A short walk down the dunes to the beach! We enjoyed a daily beach walk down to North Beach Kitchen for coffee and our kids loved the SUP board! House felt homely and spacious. Bedrooms upstairs and living downstairs worked well. Master bed mattress is very firm but my husband quite liked it. Kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed to self cater. Would recommend and hope to stay again in the future.

Stunning little beach shack right on the water Looking forward to staying again

La Perla was the perfect location within walking distance to the beach and playground. The shack was very clean and everything we needed was provided for. Mara was a great host and I would definitely recommend the shack for a simple Port Hughes getaway.

We have stayed in numerous guesthouses around the world but the WALLAROO CUSTOMS HOUSE ticks all the boxes for us: *Built in 1862, but upgraded to perfection to remain as Heritage listed. * Has the “WOW” factor as soon as you enter the front room. * Large dining table, wall of Library books, comfy lounges & chairs and a piano. * Perfect location above Office Beach. Short walk from the back gate to the waters edge. * Wonderful shaded outdoor eating area adjacent the lawn area. * Spacious bedrooms & modern bathrooms * Provisions for breakfast… eggs, bacon, milk, butter and crusty bread. * For your Happy Hours, light the Weber Q, add a couple of steaks, pour the wine & watch the sun set over the Wallaroo jetty.

Nicola's place was just what we needed for a mother/daughter trip away. The house was amazing and so spacious, it didn't feel like we were stepping on each others toes at any point in time. The bath in the master bedroom was perfect to unwind in and relax after a long day of exploring the area. The house has a beautiful backyard that would be perfect for a family and for fur babies. Nicola's knowledge of the surrounding areas was amazing, she recommended some amazing food places that we indulged in for lunch and dinner. We will certainly be making a yearly trip to Moonta Bay and will 100% be booking this place again. Thankyou so much Nicola for letting us stay in your beautiful house.

We had a wonderful stay at Tracey’s place! She was incredibly responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout our visit—always happy to recommend great local restaurants and places to explore. The house was exactly as shown in the images—beautifully decorated, peaceful, and very relaxing. We absolutely loved the aesthetic touches that made the space feel so warm and inviting. It was the perfect getaway, and we truly enjoyed every moment. Thank you, Tracey, for being such a fantastic host!

Great view across the marina, apartment was clean and well maintained and a great restaurant downstairs. Will definitely be back.

Great place for small kids

Great location, clean and large rooms really close to the beach. Perfect for a short term stay. Only issue was the noise, these rooms are located directly above a formal function space so the music was very loud on just one of the nights (Saturday) when they were clearly hosting a function. The other nights were fine.
